Ordered Crocs from the website. Never arrived long past delivery date. Contacted customer service and they said they have been lost. Refund apparently issued, but I am still waiting for my money back.

Awful experience
Ordered on a Monday, via website, which needs to modernising, its slow and clunky. Got delivery notification via UPS for delivery for Thursday that was changed to Friday then that was changed to Monday.
Trainers arrived Monday, ordered size 42 they sent 39.
Called customer service they have no stock in size 42.
Why did your website display stock availability if you had no stock.
Am expecting a protracted returns scenario and difficultly in getting my money back from them.
Awful experience, I won't be using Footway ever again.

Awful returns from UK
Awful returns process that was only resolved via PayPal escalated dispute. The shoes I bought broke on first use and Footways sister company RunForest issued a return label via UPS. The parcel drop wouldn’t accept without 3 invoices, and I kept asking the customer services person at RunForest to issue the invoices so I could return. She kept saying that was incorrect and that invoices aren’t needed for the return, despite me showing her that RunForests own website confirms 3 invoices are needed for a return from the UK and so does UPS website. She refused to give an alternative return method and their telephone number kept saying they’re on holidays. I had to escalate to PayPal to try get my money back and then suddenly the 3 invoices were sent by Footway with an apology. I returned the item and 10 days after UPS confirmed the item was returned Footway still failed to acknowledge or respond. I had to escalate to PayPal to review and they issued me a refund on the companies behalf. Awful customer service and I can’t understand why they would not sent correct returns methods! Grateful for PayPal payment so if you’re going to buy from here, make sure you use a protected payment method or you’re likely to lose money!

Som veľmi spokojný
Som veľmi spokojný. Na Slovensku boli topánky vypredané. Tak som hľadal na nete a našiel footway. Do vtedy som ho nepoznal. Vo štvrtok ráno som topánky objednal a v piatok na obed mi boli doručené.
I am very satisfied. The shoes were sold out in Slovakia. So I searched the net and found footway. I didn't know him until then. I ordered the shoes on Thursday morning and they were delivered to me on Friday lunchtime.

Shoes were £60 less than the advertised price on the Merrell website. Item was sent from Sweden and could be tracked all the way using the UPS website.

Your UPS delivery is shocking
Your UPS delivery is shocking. I am trying to contact them and cannot get an update. 3 failed deliveries for 3 dates so far. I am still awaiting the product which I know will be great but waiting in for these deliveries and trying to arrange it when I am home to accept. The worst delivery provider I have ever dealt with

I have been waiting for my order for 10 days the only communication I received was the initial email confirming purchase. I have not received any dispatch emails or any tracking numbers.
