Delivery took forever. Cute but not really crocs.

Never received the merchandise. I asked for a refund and you refuse to refund. I will never order from you again. I would not recommend you to my worst enemy.

My experience with FootwearMerch was a very positive one. The Donald Duck crocs are amazing, comfortable and were such a hit at Disney World. The shipping time was reasonable and I received regular updates regarding the progress of my order. I would purchase from them again.

Loved the crocs I ordered. True to size, great material & lived by the people who reviewed them!

The order took forever to arrive. When it did, the overwhelming smell of plastic about knocked us out. These are NOT Crocs, so do not be fooled by that. Additionally, the shoes did not fit my son. When I requested an exchange/refund, I was told that I received what I ordered so the best they would do was 50% my next order. Let's be clear, there will be NO next order!

NEVER received the crocs I purchased OVER 5 weeks ago!! They were supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter. They keep sending me emails with a different date every time I inquire about the crocs. Do NOT order from here. It’s a SCAM!! Shoes are being shipped from China and customer service does NOT exist!!!!

They are HORRIBLE! I ordered a pair of crocs as a gift for my son for Christmas. I was fine with them coming after Christmas. They didn't come until after the new year. The size was way too small. I asked to initiate a return and followed the protocols listed on the website and that they sent me in an email. I then received a lengthy email refusing to give me a refund, arguing that the size was right and they offered me a 50% discount on a future order. Do not give them your money!

Waited longer for the order than what was advertised, finally got the shoes for a birthday gift, days after the birthday party. The shoes were sized wrong and I inquired what to do for a refund. I took pics of top and bottom and label on package as I was instructed, and emailed them to the company , after reviewing my email was told they were sized right (which they weren’t) and that my only option was to get 20% off a future order. This company cares nothing about their customers and are only out to take your money and run. There is no phone number to speak to anyone. I wouldn’t even give them a 1, but had to in order to do the review.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY! THE PRODUCT WILL NOT ARRIVE TIMELY, YOU WONT GET MUCH HELP WITH THE STATUS, AND WHEN IT FINALLY ARRIVES, IT WONT BE THE RIGHT SIZE AND WILL BE CHEAPLY MADE!!

Gross mis-information on sizing and no effort in making it right. The kids size is at least 2 full sizes smaller than the normal sizing. When we complained, the company fully put it on us not reading the full sizing detail. With the super inflated price for an unwearable product, we are utterly disappointed.

I found the perfect design for a pair of crocs for me. I used their online website sizing chart to see what size I should order. Since their size matched the size of a pair I already have I went ahead and ordered them. If it did not I would not have ordered them. I finally received them and they are too large. I emailed the merchant and they ignore what I write. They said that I ordered the wrong size snd should have used their chart. ButI did use their chart as stated on my original email. They refuse to correct this problem since they insist I ordered the wrong size.
Do NOT order from this merchant. I just checked their reviews and their ratingis 2, poor with many complaints.

Do not waste your time or money.
I ordered Dec 11th, received them Jan 4th. Ok, that’s long but it’s Christmas.
My complaint is after waiting so long, quality is poor, design peeling off, does not fully cover shoe, strap is not fully wrapped as shown in the picture, awful odor! This was supposed to be a gift for my son but I will probably just throw them in the trash where they belong. And to think I ordered TWO PAIR!

Very nice product and great communication during production of merchandise

Order took 3 weeks to arrive. Shoes were the wrong size, paint is peeling off them. Very poor quality.
Sold as 'Crocs' but they are certainly not (doesn't say anywhere on the shoe). Customer service only offered to refund 20% and asked me to "understand that they had to pay for production and shipping." Do not order from here.

Fraud!!! Everything on their site regarding the order and shipping is a lie. I placed my order the first part with a two week turnaround and now they’re telling me by mid January! Way past Christmas and even my son’s birthday! This is an epic fail!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I wish I read these reviews prior to placing my order. The shoes are a cheap plastic. They run incredibly small. The kids size 11 is comparable to a kids size 8. Don't waste your time or money on this site.
