Very disappointed with this company. First off I was so excited to order a pair of shoes for my son. I ordered a C12 as my son wears a child's 12. It took almost 3 1/2 weeks to come. Then when they came they where to small. I wrote the company to get them exchanged and they basically told me it was my fault they where the wrong size and that they where unable to exchange them. Thats not very good business. For the amount of money they cost they should be able to exchange them. They offered me 50% off my next purchase but I definitely won't be ordering or working with them again. Horrible business. Don't order from them.

I still haven’t received my package paw patrol crocs for a girl and didn’t get my money back I think foot wear merch is fraud but I’m still working on it. The post office said your address is a storage unit they tried everything to get my package back

I oder crocs and they never come now I’m Oder them again so hopefully they come

The boys loved the soccer crocs / they wear them everyday / takes a bit to get them though / but worth the wait

The uniqueness of your shoes was unbelievable. My 5 year old granddaughter went crazy for the Taylor Swift crocs. They were spectacular. Smooth transaction & quick shipping was great. The questions I asked about sizes were answered super fast. Thanx again for making a little girls birthday a hit💕

Three times I had to reorder a pair of crocs I ordered because they sent the wrong size, then they sent the qrong crocs and finally two months later they sent the correct pair. I needed to photograph the crocs top and bottom and shipping label each time for some reason even though the error was not on my part. I would communicate with them and get generic answers. Woulnt buy there again.

First and foremost I would not have order if I knew it was coming all the way from China. Nowhere on the site tells you this. But that's not my real issue. Worst quality ever. The material is like a sturdy styrofoam at best. The designs wear off within a week. They only responded to my request of a refund after I put in a dispute with PayPal. After which they said we will happily refund you but I have to close my dispute for them to be able to refund it because they and I would be charged for the dispute. I still have not gotten a refund since my purchase date of Oct 2nd 2024.

It took a month in a half for me to get my order. When I reached out customer service they told me that I had to pay more money to express ship it.

Product is very poor quality

I ordered 6 pairs. The advertisement said they'd arrive in 6 weeks. They didn't. I thought I'd lost my money, but they all arrived 4 months later. Worth the wait. They were all great except one pair as the print didn't cover the entire shoe as shown. I'd order again as I loved all the other pairs.

They had the product I wanted at a good price.

Shoes came just in time for Halloween. My son loves them and is super happy with his new shoes. They are true to size and fit perfectly. Wouldn't hurt to order a size up.
Shipping took a little long, but the wait was worth it for sure. Plus he has shoes from the UK. Will order again. I'm happy the reviews were wrong. I had a great experience and will order again.

My son ordered lions crocs from here and he loves them. They look great!

This company is a scam. They will take your money, send u a tracking that leads to some Korean page that doesn’t even go anywhere. Therefore causing you to have to email them which then they send you a whole other tracking. And then when you follow that tracking, it tells you that the package was delivered, but then returned. And then they try to keep your money and give you a sorry excuse. Not to mention, it took them almost 2 weeks to finally send me a tracking after days of reaching out to them. BIG SCAM

Love the shoes that you make! I'm always wearing them! I've told several people I've gotten them from you guy!

DONT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

My order came in damaged and its been a month a half now and customer service has not been able to help me. Yet they sent me a replacement that i NEVER approved. Now i was told will get a full refund but need to send the item back at my own cost when clearly I'm retuning because it was damaged. THIS IS BULLShhhh! Just save your money maybe try ETSY but not them here. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Never received the Lainey Wilson custom crocs that we ordered for my daughter. When I reached out asking when we would be receiving them they said they had been shipped and delivered several weeks back. We NEVER received them and contacted USPS and we're told that the information we were given on the "shipping" didn't match. It has been nothing but a run around and them offering a 50% off to buy another set. I absolutely refuse to PAY them more for what I had already paid for and never received. They're a scam and I have reported it to my credit card company.

Wish I could upload a picture ! Shoes arrived as soon as my son put them on the strap broke the extra flash in the holes on the crocs were so flashy and looked horrible . Shoe felt of a super cheap material which is crazy since they are the same prices as crocs ! Paint was missing on some parts just an overall crappy quality of shoe . Don’t recommend
