Please don't waste your time and money. Ignore the very few positive reviews. DO NOT purchase anything from this scam Chinese company. The size chart that they provide is false. I purchased Buffalo Bills Crocs for my grandson size C13 and received EU28 that should have been EU31. The crocs came with the correct size ordered, but they were at least two sizes smaller than described! They were JUNK. NO return policy. They offered 50% off a purchase of another pair. I wish I read their reviews before purchasing. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and got my $$ back. They have multiple website as a fraudulent front. FOOTWEARMERCH / 1ST SHARK / ARCTICFOOTWEAR and many others. They use another company's address in London for contact info. to deceive you. The address is for a real business called "Promise Hands Healthcare" in London.
Buyer Beware!

Don't bother wasting your money with this company. I ordered a $44 pair of Taylor Swift crocs for my granddaughter that came Friday. She wore them the first time to school today and one of the straps already came off. Ridiculous

Fake crocs, wrong sizes, company won’t do anything other then a 50% refund.
Sites a giant scam

Great customer service. The order came with wrong name printed. They immediately sent out the correct shoes without having to return the shoes with the wrong name. Shipping takes about 2-3 weeks but they were worth the wait👍

I found a pair of IU Hoosiers shoes on their website. I had to buy them. They fit perfectly. Thank you so much for my beautiful shoes!

the Eagles crocs I got are awesome, I wear them every day, everywhere

I’m stuck with crocks that are to big. And they will not exchange for right size. So if you order from them there size is a lot bigger then US size.

The shoes were exactly as expected and we love them! The order arrived on time with good updates on shipping schedule. Will definitely order again.

They advertised the shoes like they were Crocs. Cheap quality for $45.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS “COMPANY!!” Stupid me- I didn’t read reviews. They do not allow for returns if the product doesn’t fit, even though the return criteria says “incorrect size.” Oh NONNONO- silly, stupid merchant- what they MEAN is if they send you the wrong size, not if the shoe doesn’t fit. Totally misleading. They are THIEVES, but rest assured, even if you did not personalize your product, and even if they can just pop it back on a shelf or sell it to the next unsuspecting person, they will not take it back- however, they’ll offer to steal more of your money at 50 percent off if you want to buy the same thing at the “right” size. What a scam. DO NOT BE FOOLED the way I was fooled. Save yourselves the money because you’ll NEVER see it again should anything go wrong.

I will never order merchandise from FootwearMerch again. My experience was awful. When my son’s shoes arrived, they did not fit, despite us correctly ordering the size that fits him in all other shoes. I read the exchange policy and then emailed to request to exchange them for a bigger size. Customer service refused to exchange them despite us meeting all of the criteria for an exchange that was listed on the website. They continued to refer to my request as a return, which apparently they don't allow. I never asked to return or receive a refund for the product, I simply asked to exchange them for a bigger size. As a shoe merchant, I cannot imagine how you do not allow exchanges. Very poor customer service and shopping experience overall.

You sent wrong sizes and refund

This is one of the few places that I could find Braves crocs for my grandson. He absolutely loves them and wears them everyday. Took a while to get them but were definitely worth the wait.

Tried hard to find a site that makes Mario crocs for my son. He is big for his age so it is hard to find cute shoes in his size. I came across this website and was skeptical as the reviews were up and down. I decided to try as he liked the Mario crocs. I am so glad I did! They updated me on the progress of the shoes the whole time and we just received them today! You made my 10 year old son very happy! They are beautiful! He wears. 10 in men and they look great and fit perfectly.

This merchant was very difficult to communicate with. Buyer beware. I was charged for an item twice. They don’t accept returns. And they take forever to ship items. So my $45 kids crocs cost $90. They were cheaply made. No quality feel to them. I should have read these reviews before dealing with them.

I was aware that it took a bit of time to receive my products after ordering, so in anticipation of that, THEY ARE WORTH THE WAIT!!!!! My girlfriend LOVED her I LOVE LUCY CROCS & MY EAGLES CROCS !!!! They are super comfy and I’m so glad I found this company!! Be patient with the processing and shipping, you will not be disappointed. I communicated one time just wondering when I might receive the crocs, and although they said between two specific dates, they came a few days before which was a welcomed surprise. My girlfriend literally cried when she saw them😊😊thank you footwearmerch!!!! You made her so very happy!!!
