I have been trying for days to contact footyclassics as I also like many on here ordered a shirt a Christmas gift and it never arrived.
Come on footyclassics communicate with people and tell us where our order is.
You provided me with a postage number but as per Royal Mail they haven’t received it from you.

Ordered a Top for a Christmas present and the sizing was very small and quality was rubbish.

I have sent numerous email to arrange to return but have not received a response.

Website seems to be taken down, all very suspect!!!

I'm so cross! I ordered a t shirt for a Christmas present for my husband. I ordered it on the 6th of December and was hoping it would be here before Christmas but I've had nothing! I've sent a couple of emails but know response. They are quick enough to take my money so where is my order! 😠

I ordered a shirt as a Christmas gift on 9th December. 20 days later and my Royal Mail tracking information has not changed and they are yet to receive the parcel.

I don’t write reviews often, however as they can’t even be bothered to reply to emails, the only option I have is to warn future customers to not use this company.

Do not order from here. I ordered an England shirt for the World Cup 2022. By the time it arrived not only had England been knocked out but the tournament was over! Absolute joke. I appreciate there have been Royal Mail strikes as I use them for my business but this was ridiculous. Order on the 22nd November and arrived a month later? Strikes don’t explain that

i purchased a football shirt for my dad for christmas on the 6th december its not 28th december and not received it!!!!! am beyond furious rang royal mail and they said its now classed as lost mail as its been 3 weeks it still says on my tracking “ item dispatched” and even footy classics themselves said it was on its way and waiting to be scanned and delivered by royal mail. i want either a refund or a new top sent out…. ive emailed them 3-4 times no reply!!! sort it out footyclassics

I waited over three weeks for delivery, shirt didn't come and I feared the worst. I read comments and reviews about this. To a man they were all negative.
So I feared the worst, I too posted a less than friendly comment also.
I had contacted Footy Classics on a couple of occasions, they just replied, it's in the post.
I was convinced that I had been scammed.
But two days before Christmas it finally arrived. As advertised and as described.
If I can remove my negative comments I would. But I would suggest to Footy Classics that they improve customer services to better inform customers.

ordered me and my brother the Newcastle 96 shirt, we are both over the moon with it. Great quality and value for money, definitely recommend and will use again.

My girlfriend ordered me a shirt for christmas, when she realised i already had that shirt footyclassics exchanged it for us. We sent the shirt back and received a different one back just in time for Christmas.

Very good quality product not like cheap copies from other sites

Very poor service. Still waiting delivery of football shirt which I ordered 3 wks ago. Same as everyone else is saying it’s been despatched but no tracking on it. Emailed several times and have not had one email back. Will be taking this further

Avoid! Like many other reviewers they are not responding to email after the first standard it’s out for delivery. It’s now the day before Xmas eve. It was ordered a month ago, that’s someone’s main present down the drain

Ordered a shirt for my son for Christmas and had notification it was dispatched on 09/12 since then it hasn’t moved and you can’t contact them as the website is shut down. I’ve emailed a few times received one response saying it was with Royal Mail but now ignoring emails, I would avoid this company, just waiting to see if I can contact after Christmas and get a refund!

I was a little concerned after reading some of the comments on here and delivery taking a couple weeks. I have been in regular contact via email with enquiries regarding delivery times and I have always received a polite and informative reply.
Overall happy with the product and their customer service.

When I first put my order in on the 25/11/22. I was optimistic, until a few days ago. Emails not getting responded to. Tracking number saying nothing for weeks, Royal Mail themselves haven’t got a clue where it is or if it’s real. It arrived this afternoon 😅, maybe it’s just the waiting game with the strikes. Poor customer service but in the end it arrived

Ordered 2 shirts on 26th November. Seller dispatched the order on 28th November with a Royal Mail tracking link.

Didn't expect my shirts to arrive at all after reading other reviews and an email from the seller asking me to be patient, after waiting 2 weeks from the dispatch date. I can sympathise to an extent with the seller, as it's out of their control once dispatched but their comms back to me about my delivery concerns was prompt but minimal.

It has just arrived today on 22nd December and it appears Royal Mail aren't updating the tracking links at all (my tracking link still says it's on the way to the Royal Mail RDC even though I've literally got it in my hands now).

However, delivery times aside, the shirts are a really nice light quality with good detailing, and match the sizing listed on the website. I would say it's worth measuring the exact size you'll need as I had to buy a size larger than I would for other clothes but the fit is good if you do this.

Companies like this should not be allowed to continue to sell items. I ordered a shirt for my cousins birthday which arrived 2 weeks later than first suggested and when it has arrived one arm seems to have oil on it. I have emailed the company but have had no response and this website now looks to be shut down completely suggesting no more Christmas orders but you can’t do anything on the site other than read the notification!! Feel totally scammed and wish I’d looked at these reviews before ordering 😔

Same as others ordered on 5/12 and still showing as not received by Royal Mail yet showing as despatched on footy classics. Will not use again

Ordered 05/12 for a Christmas Present. Says despatched 07/12 - still says item despatched. No reply to my emails either.

Disappointed- will be emailing more to try and resolve. Hoping to receive a response to turn this review slightly more positive.

Placed an order 26th NOVEMBER still waiting, like everyone else Royal Mail app just says item dispatched to Royal Mail on the 29th and nothing. Can’t even get hold of the company.

After seeing all the bad reviews I assumed the website was not a genuine one. Although the delivery was extremely delayed due to Royal Mail strikes I was till able to log into the website to track my order and did receive a response to my email. I have received my shirt in time before Christmas.
