This company are bunch of SCAMMERS. They assured me that my ticket would be emailed to me. I have reported them to trading standards and claimed money back through my bank. I hope everyone at the company rots in hell. Best place for tou

Still waiting for tickets, very poor service and communication, this website needs taking down, trading standards and the banks contacted to try and reclaim funds, they should be embarrassed to run a business like this and best of all locked up for fraudulent selling.

DO NOT buy tickets from Footy Portal. They are a scam operation that DO NOT supply tickets following receiving payment. We 'bought' two tickets for Liverpool v Southampton Sat Mar 8th and no tickets were received despite assurances they would be provided by Wed 5th Mar. No responses from Footy Portal after Wed 5th Mar. I reported Footy Portal to the Premier League and note they have been added to their published list of unauthorized sellers. Also reported to our credit card issuer and will be reported to Action Fraud and/or Companies House.

Scam website! I purchased 2 tickets that never arrived. Made a charge back with my credit card company to reclaim my money. Will be ordering a new credit card in case they try to make fraudulent purchases against it

I bought tickets for A game I’ve e-mailed them got no response and as soon I bought the tickets I had someone phone me up pretending to be the bank asking me for money after I purchase tickets from them trying to spend Money in UAE . I have contacted the bank I will try and get my money back

2 tickets purchased start of feb25 and the game is tomorrow 3rd of March for my sons birthday. I emailed a week ago and had an email back saying tickets would be emailed 3 days before, it’s now 24 hrs before the match and I’ve had nothing, 2 emails and no response in over 24 hours! After reading reviews stupidly after buying the tickets there is lots of negatives and I can see why! Definitely scammers! Do not buy tickets through this site!! Bank contacted to chase and get my money back!

If i could give -5 stars then i would. These are SCAMMERS, so do not use them. I purchased 2 tickets for Liverpool v Southampton on 8th March. The company has been dissolved since August 2016, it was run by a man called SIDDIQI, Rayaz. Offices are based in Harrow. All this information can be found on Companies House.
I bought 2 tickets for Liverpool vs Southampton, told tickets would be here 3-5 days before the game, nothing! Then sent an email to chase up to be told they’d be here by end of Thursday! It’s now Friday afternoon and nothing, not responding to emails or their dodgy chat bot.. reporting to police as this is disgusting doing people out of their hard earned money.. These were tickets for me and my son for our first game at Anfield together and thanks to these scammers this now won’t be happening!!! Avoid at all costs!!!

I purchased liverpool Southampton tickets weeks ago and had a reference number and the comms was good up until this week. I've messaged numerous times on the site, by email and on Facebook and heard absolutely nothing.
I've also purchased carabao cup tickets off them but not expecting to see them at all. Lesson learned.
I'll be contacting my bank now for a refund and police.

Don't believe any reply they put on here either load of shit.
