I bought two tickets for Liverpool v Southampton and I’ve had nothing from these people, it is a total scam, but at least I’ve bought my tickets with a credit card so I’ll get my money back…

SCAMMERS! I bought 2 tickets for Liverpool v West Ham, for my son and me, I had to chase for a confirmation email after paying the £220, then I was told they couldn’t supply the tickets due to a data breach (BS) and my money would be refunded in 5 days, needless to say no money and no more contact from them, I had to contact my bank and the Fraud squad.

Absolute scam artist, same as other reviews promised tickets 3-5 days on the run up to the match, they do communicate up until this time. But after you don’t hear a peep, do not go near them

Just do not touch this site. Took £300 for 3 tickets gor Liverpool v Southampton. They said on chat room straight away tickets e mailed in 3 days. 50 chat messages later enquiring about no tickets with no replies.
They are a scam 100% do not go anywhere near.

*SCAMERS BEWARE*So my wife ordered 2 liverpool tickets. Unfortunately we had to cancle . Said refund would be back in bank within ten days *still nothing * contacted the bank , and they had set a recurring card payment . Bloody disgrace. We had hotle and transport booked form Northern ireland ! DISGRACE. SCAMERS.

If I cud put 0 stars i wud..absolute scammers take your money and u never receive ur tickets or get a refund i have opened a dispute with my bank 2 try and get my money back..please avoid at all costs!! Any positive reviews on here r fake..we had organised r travel plans also and now have 2 try n get money back for that if it sounds 2 gud 2 b true it probly is..don't expect a response from them either they just ignore u scumbags they r!!! Myself and another member of my family have been very disappointed as we both purchased tickets for different matches for birthday presents..I duno how they sleep at nite..karma is a b***h!!!

I purchased a bunch of tickets totalling £440 and got nothing but one extremely upset 10 year old who’s never got to watch his hero’s play , I’ve contacted the police about this matter and reported them to bank will get my money one way or another absolutely scum of the earth , emailed them got nothing but email is not recognised and not getting through on chat since I’ve purchased tickets blanked they bang on about FAKE REVIEWS trust me there a fake PLEASE DONT PURCHASE FROM THESE !!!!! All you’ll get is one massive headache 1 valuable lesson I’ve learnt is to just buy them directly from your football club might be double the money but let me tell you least there genuine … enough said let my lesson be a warning for you All the best people .

Ordered tickets for Liverpool v Southampton match this Saturday. Promised the tickets, refund…..absolutely nothing. Reported to the bank and Action Fraud. This site needs to be shut down immediately and permanently!!

I’ve seen reviews here about talking to the team. How do you do this? On the web site there is no telephone number and the only way to contact them seems to be through a Chat Bot. But I ask unable to get a response from them through this. Before I report the site as a scam can anyone tell me the telephone number they have called?

Every positive review you read is not genuine. FootyPortal, FanPoint and others are all scammers. DO NOT GO NEAR!

Care.....this business was only incorporated at the end of 2024 and, whilst chatting, the representative who would not even confirm where they were based, they changed their story several times about how they obtained tickets etc. Just does not look legit.

THESE ARE SCAMMERS BEWARE!!! MY FRIENDS HAVE ORDERED TICKETS FOR THE LEAGUE CUP FINAL AND THEY SENT A CONFIRMATION NUMBER THEN AN ORDER NUMBER. NOW HE'S RECIEVED AN EMAIL WITH NO TICKETS ATTACHED TO IT?!!!!

This site is a fraud – report them immediately! They pretend to sell tickets but never actually deliver anything. I lost my money and got zero support. When I looked into it, I found out that many people had the same experience.
