I have used the International Currency Express several times and had received fast and reliable servcie each time, they also have very competative rates, and yes, I did shop around. I will continue to use them for my overseas trips, so much easier and cheaper than going through a local bank (even my own) and I would never go on a trip without local spending money or use a money exchange at an airport or ATM.

This is a very efficient operation. It was easy to convert dollars to decide how much to order of my currencies and the money came within a day or two. My only slight reservation was that delivery requires a signature so you have to be home. It comes USPS not Fedex so I wasnt sure when they would make another delivery attempt though there is a tracking number. In the end I was at home. I definitely will use them again.

i told the agent on the phone that i wanted the currency mostly for tips and was pleased to find many small denominations in the package.

There service was absolutely excellent! I received the cash in about half the time they stated on their website. This is the second time I've used them and each time I received my cash in half the time I expected. The first time they called within an hour or two after I placed the order to verify who I was, then this second time they didn't have to call. I received the cash in various denominations and it was crisp and new. I highly recommend. Although I haven't used the cash in Great Britain yet, but I'm assuming it's real :-)

I have used International Currency Express numerous times. I have always had a good experience. Their exchange rates are better than most and their customer service is excellent.

The only suggestion is that an email with tracking number provided would be appreciated. I wasn't sure when to expect delivery.

Purchasing foreign currency online requiered more steps after the order was placed online. I’ve used different services in the past that didn’t require addition steps. And the extra steps required downloading their software of preference for secure emails. The customer service was rude, condescending and dismissive. In addition the emails I received had many spelling and grammar errors. Which doesn’t inspire confidence in the company handling your money. If you don’t care enough to write a professional email why would I think you would care about the details of my transaction? After I requested the order by cancelled I received a confirmation email that “because my information couldn’t be verified, my request had been denied” not that I cancelled the transaction because it is much easier to get my cash from an atm or a different service. It seemed both childish and spiteful. I travel internationally at least once a month and I will never even consider using this service again.
