I had a delivery coming, but it never arrived so I sent an e-mail to FOREO customer service explaining my issue. Within 24 hours I received a very nice and polite email asking me a couple of questions. She looked into it and within another 24 hours, she said they would be shipping out the item. Five days later I received my item!! All I can say is one of the best customer service experience I’ve had in quite a long time.

If you are considering purchasing a Foreo Hand Mitt please beware that once you open the box to view the product you have invalidated your return option unless the product is faulty! Never seen any other product/company that puts such ridiculous conditions on their product that customers are not allowed to even view the actual product! Also unless you are familiar with tech bear in mind that you have to unlock, register warranty and find the best way to use via an app!

I am relatively satisfied with the company. Support is answering on time and is really effective. They helped me as manually adding the 10% discount which ai forgot to add on my first order. However, today is 12.01.2026 and I still did not receive my order made on 31.12.2025. :(

Hi, I have multiple products from Foreo and I just absolutely love every single one and my collection is not finished yet and if something does happen to go wrong with one of your devices, they send you out a new one right away. It is amazing. It’s worth it to spend a little bit of money on investment on your skin for devices for your skin, especially with Foreo Because you are always in good hands.

Nady was very helpful and explained all the process of complaint with all details I needed. I was truely suprised that the instrucion is so easy to follow and Nadya was responding quickly and so helpful to me. The whole issue was resolved within 48 hours and I am expecting new device soon.

I have several Foreo products and my Luna 4 body died on me... sort of slowly... but eventually just wouldn't vibrate, despite turning on.
Anyhow, customer service made it easy and I was surprised/delighted to learn they have a 2 year warranty, standard, which really says a lot about the company. They had me sorted out quickly with a new one. Customer service (Arya) was really friendly, quick to understand my problem, and offered a reasonable solution. The new one was in my hands within a week or so. Thank you! This experience makes me feel even better about my other Foreo purchases.
