Purchased a Forest Green Classic flat top arch on Amazon. Good quality materials and well made. Delivery was by Forest Green. This was on the day requested and on time. The delivery driver, David Miles was very friendly and helpful. Item was placed where I requested. I would definitely buy another Forest Green product.

Great experience, shed delivery on time and Roy T was exceptional, delivering to an elderly gentleman, my dad, great communication and left exactly when we asked for. Brilliant 👍 and my brother has now assembled. First class ☺️

Shed was a good price and, although not installed yet, you can see the quality.
Moreover the delivery guy, a Mr Dan Morris, was perfectly efficient with his timings and communication, and very helpful. In fact I think my neighbour has fallen in love with him. Don't worry Mrs Morris, she's about 85!

Very pleased with the shed.

Arrived early in morning so no waiting around all day for delivery. Easy tracking of vehicle so knew when about to arrive. Phil G was super friendly and explained what each bit was and which needed to be kept indoors as not weatherproof. Not being built for another 3 weeks so can't comment on structure but panels seem solid. Only downside is company won't enter properties, having no side access did mean me having to carry through house on my own. It did state that in e.mail beforehand so was prepared and saved a visit to the gym. Thanks Phil

Delivery was great and within the time slot given, unloading the shed didnt take long at all with 1 person - Kevin.R was professional and lovely to speak too, explaining the best way to drill to not split wood while assembling the shed.

Good website, easy ordering process and delivery as stated within 5 to 10 days. The delivery guy Roy T was excellent, very polite and really helpful and gave me a few tips on how to put it together. Quality is good for the amount it cost and fairly straight forward to put together.

The service was great from order to delivery. Friendly delivery driver - Darren Hawkins. Cannot fault the service. However, the quality of the shed was not so good. Ordered the 10' x 8' Forest 4Life 25yr Guarantee Overlap Pressure Treated Double Door Apex Wooden Shed (3.01m x 2.61m). Instructions were difficult to follow. One week after putting the shed up, one of the floor panels gave way and now needs replacing. Overall quality of shed is disappointing. I guess the shed is cheap for a reason.

Shed was delivered quickly with good communication throughout. Driver was polite and friendly (Andy L). The shed had no missing parts and was easy to install and looks great.

We ordered a Summerhouse, we are pensioners,my husband and I desperately need to be able to relax.We looked at the reviews,saw a Summerhouse that was from Forest Garden and used most of our savings to buy it.
When it arrived and the man started taking it off the lorry I could not believe it,the Summerhouse was the worst quality wood you could imagine.Split wood with large nails sticking out that could have caused serious injury,,badly aligned panels,shoddy,terrible quality and if they had offered me it free I would have refused.
Tbh I went in and cried.We aren't rich people,we just wanted a place to relax.We both have health issues and we're bitterly dissapointed after reading such good reviews.
I took pictures and they took the so called Summerhouse back.Now if that was my company and a gesture of goodwill and to keep the good reviews,I would have sent a much better Summerhouse and erected it for free,but they just weren't bothered.
I said to the person at Forest garden Imagine if that was your elderly parents...
You could have replaced the monstrosity that arrived with an upgraded summerhouse and at least have erected it free of charge,that would have shown you care about customers

You phoned at 2 43 this afternoon, we missed your call.We rang back,no one knows who called us..We sit waiting waiting for another call....

Only to be asked if I had complained to the ceo of Forest Gardens,I said yes because of the shoddy way we had been treated.
Their operative said she had resolved it.
She asked us if we wanted another one,I said no thank you,I couldn't face going through that again and it would have been ludicrous to have accepted another one the same sort.
Apparently it should have been checked before it went out,but obviously wasn't.
I asked her how she had resolved it.
By refunding you,I was told.Thats my right as a consumer to ask for my money back if the item was faulty,which not only was it faulty,badly aligned and sub standard wood,it could have caused serious injury with large nails sticking through split wood.I showed the driver, he couldn't take it back.He said they are stored on pallets and could have been on a pile for a very long time,but whoever put the nails in couldn't have missed the nails sticking through the wood.
It would have cost Forest Gardens nothing to have replaced the shoddy,dangerous ,sub standard item.
To have shown some thought and concern about the rubbish they had sent to us.
It's also clear that the ceo did not read my emails,did not view the mess that was sent. If he had he surely would have seen the rubbish his company had sent to us and tried to resolve it.Forest Gardens say in answering this post,they are happy to help.
That's not true is it.
I also said a lot of people read Trustpilot these reviews,we did and we bought what we thought was a decent Summerhouse.
I waited to see if anyone would ring me back and try to resolve it.No one did.
So I emailed 'Guy'...
This has been a very upsetting experience, we wanted somewhere to relax because my husband has heart issues..This has given us nothing but stress which Forest Gardens could have resolved very easily.

Penko and Ed were really cheerful,polite and respectfil they had had a busy day but were still on time.Both an assett to your company!!!!!!!!!!
