Complete fraud!

After sending me to the dealer for assistance with 4 problems with my car, I was denied coverage. I was told by a rep that I was not denied for coverage and the dealer was not told that only to call back 3 minutes later and be told I was not covered because they fixed the issues but did not have to replace the parts. They left me with a $840 bill.

After reading their response I can see they are only interested in damage control. I was told be two separate reps that nothing was covered on all covered products while on a three way call with them and the dealer. I was told that because parts were not replaced, they weren’t covered. So none of the evaluation and work done was covered unless apart was replaced, not repaired, replaced. I paid and left because that was the only option to get my car back.

Hello,

You did originally take your vehicle to an In-Network Repair Facility, but they referred you to the dealership because they were unable to diagnose the issue. On 6/29/2023, the Dealership called in to obtain approval for the diagnostic, but they did not have a completed diagnostic report. The shop was informed that in order to obtain an approval, they would need to call back with a completed diagnostic report and a repair estimate. The shop called back on 6/30/2023 to continue the claim. They informed SilverRock that you had already paid out of pocket for the repairs and that you had already taken your vehicle from the shop. You may be able to receive reimbursement for the items that are covered by your contract. Please contact SilverRock at ph# (866) 628-3905, to start the reimbursement process.

Unbelievable

The overall interaction with my representative was EXCELLENT from start to finish. She explained everything I needed to know vividly without me having to ask any questions. The Benefits Are Amazing and would definitely recommend if given the opportunity. Thank You Forever Car.

Thera was extremely patient with me

Thera was extremely patient with me. She explained the differences between the Gold & Platinum plans more than once as well emailing the links to me. Thera followed up with me, but was not in the least bit pushy. I greatly appreciated her knowledge of the product and her attitude towards me. the customer!

New Warranty with Ease…….

I was very pleased with the service and information I received when getting this warranty on my sons car.
Charle Hohnstein was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful with the questions I had.
I will definitely be calling back for a warranty on mine as my current one is due to expire.

Signup process was a breeze

Signup process was a breeze. Some of the larger competitors have horrible websites and are diffcult to obtain clear information for pricing - Forever Car was very simple. Given that Forever Car has a partnership with my credit union I was granted a very nice discount.
