Representatives are not going to solve any problems. Was basically called a liar after being overcharged!!

Hello, 

Per our conversation, you were not over charged. As a courtesy, we provide our SilverRock customers with a 20 day grace period to make their payment. Per the terms of your contract, If your payment is more than 10 days late, a $25 reinstatement fee will be added to your payment. We have that information listed on the 1st page of your contract and it is also listed in your Online account, under the Payment section. Your due date was the 3rd of the month. The 10th day of your grace period is the 12th. We did not receive your payment until the 15th.

He addressed all of my concerns and questions
He was not pushy about the sales but made he assured me on the factual info he provided
Overall Charlie provided good customer service and this help me make the decision to buy the plan for my vehicle

I had the pleasure of speaking with Charlie Hohnstein, he made my experience feel fresh and comforting. I will definitely be recommending friends and family to forever car. Charlie is amazing at communication and was patient with my questions. Give this guy a bonus! Incredible customer service.

I'm very pleased with the company. I spoke to Charlie Hohnstein, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the program. He was very thorough with his explanation of the Extended Warranty. He gave me the quote and his extension for when I was ready to start a contract.
