The buying process was very easy and comfortable. There was no pressure. If we didn’t already love our purchase, we would definitely do it again. And I’m a hard sell! Thanks again to the owner, staff and delivery guys!

Mark was accommodating and thorough in every way. After we'd lain on enough mattresses for more than 10 minutes to narrow our choice down to two, he agreed that it took more than 10 minutes to know how we'd experience the mattress overnight. He offered us the possibility to come in and take several hours to nap on the mattresses in order to make a final choice. And he wasn't kidding. We came in the next day with our audiobooks, water bottles, blankets, and cell alarm clocks and napped. Result: we love our choice (and would probably have picked the wrong one as it felt the best at the very beginning). Best service ever!

I recommend Urban Mattress. There are so many mattress stores these days, it seems like an explosion. What differentiates Urban Mattress is that they are local, your mattress is made when you order it. Mark Groutas from the Ft. Collins store was professional, knowledgeable, could explain the difference from one to another, addressed all of my concerns. The guys who brought the mattress to my house were very clean, courteous, fast, and friendly. The warrantees/guarantees at UM seem to be better than in other stores, too. Everything was as advertised. No surprises, no hidden costs.

After three visits to Urban Mattress in Fort Collins, my partner and I finally landed on our new mattress. Thanks to Colin, Joel, and Mark for answering all of our questions and for not rushing our decision-making process (even though those visits always came at the end of their work days). We had been sleeping poorly for years on memory foam, and are delighted with the cool comfortable Silver Lake hybrid mattress we purchased from Urban Mattress in Ft. Collins. Delivery crew were on time and equally professional. Overall a great experience!

No complaints, from first encounter in the showroom, to purchase, to delivery -- everything went smoothly. We had a one-day delay in delivery, but that was handled professionally by Mark. The delivery guys were on-time within the delivery window (they called with a 10 minute ETA), friendly, and efficient.

The Team at Fort Collins Urban Mattress store are top notch in my opinion!! From my first visit, Colin and Joel, always able to competently provide information, answer questions and advise on mattress selections. Mark has been amazing from the day he suggested we upgrade to the Uptown. He went over and above expectations during many challenges during Covid related factory shut-downs and cut-backs. Searching for shorter legs for our Split King, he never gave up!! His success was our reward! Dillon and Nathan are very careful, conscientious and efficient delivery team. Shipments delayed delivery of one of our mattresses. Urban Mattress provided a loaner and their products are really good. The two reasons I lowered the rating was 1) for the way prices were presented and discounts? applied. I thought there was some deliberate deception. 2) having purchased the premier adjustable frame, the delivery people were on the truck when I discovered that the vibrating mechanism was very noisy. I ran out to the truck and they just said that was the way they were.
