Cancelling subscription is impossible
When I want to cancel my subscription. I don't want to enter in an endless gameplay. It is virtually impossible to end a subscription.
Every game or trick under the sun is used to stop you from cancelling. They even make logging is impossible!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire Fortec team for the extremely fast, competent, and consistently customer‑oriented support.
Throughout the entire process, I felt exceptionally well taken care of. The team members impressed not only with their expertise, but also with their friendly, solution‑focused, and dedicated approach.
I was particularly impressed by how clearly and transparently each step was explained. This allowed me to follow the troubleshooting process at all times and gave me the reassuring feeling of being in very good hands. Such a high level of service quality is far from common these days – which makes me appreciate your efforts even more.
I would also like to share one additional thought:
In my view, it would be extremely helpful if Fortec could also offer remote support. This could make certain issues even more efficient and time‑saving to resolve.

Problem with error message
I chose to use Fortect because I had a problem with an error message. I installed Fortect to see if it would clear the problem. The software cleaned up my computer which improved the speed of the machine. However, the original error message was still there. I contacted the help team to see if they could explain. I was amazed by how quickly they replied. I explained the situation to them and after after I answered the questions that they asked me, the problem was resolved. The service was brilliant, it was knowledgable, friendly, acurate and effective.
