I was having a problem updating my premium software. I contacted support who replied in a short period of time and provided instructions to solve the problem: delete the older program and install the upgrade. I was hesitant to delete the original but followed the directions and the reinstall worked fine.
I am impressed with Fortect, having used it for a year now. It is fast in its analysis (obviously slower if using the deep scan mode.) and the repair of found anomalies or unnecessary data.
All in all, I am quite impressed with the program, having used numerous "cleanup" of SW that wasn't as efficient as this one.

When I originally loaded the program, I was experiencing a weird display issue. The Fortect techs were very professional and knowledgeable and provided quick and accurate support throughout the process. They kindly provided various solutions and did not quit until the problem was solved. Great product and company. Highly recommend.

Had a problem on a Sunday morning when reinstalling software on a new H.D.D was having a license key error. Contacted tech support (on a Sunday) and they resolved the problem in under 30 min I was not expecting to get a reply so fast but I did I'm very satisfied with the support system

Fortect were very quick to help me out with a recent problem i was having when my computer decided to start playing up and i wasnt able to apply the licence again with the key i had. It was all up and running again minutes after I contacted Fortect which i was very grateful for.

I had been hacked and hurt. I needed to build a solid defense and new routine that made me much more aware of what could happen again. Fortect has been a godsend. Every morning at 5am PCT I run through the Fortect Passage as I have nicknamed it. Coffee, me and Fortect give me a very confident beginning of a new ((and better) day.

Fortect did nothing helpful I could detect
Fortect did nothing helpful (that I could detect) for my desktop except slow it down and waste my time and money. I kept it installed for a week, worked with it, did the long endless scans and updates, etc. thinking it would solve what I thought was a browser hijack (turned out it was just McAfee messing with browser choice) and after I gave up and uninstalled it my desktop went back to running just fine. So I'm happy for those who rave about this product. For me, it just didn't help.
