Fortect solved my slow computer
My computer was becoming extremely slow. I went online to research a cleaning app and Fortect received all high marks. The price was reasonable and I immediately signed on. Within 30 minutes I was back to running the race again and competing within my profession.

Ok so I purchased a used extreme duty…
Ok so I purchased a used extreme duty laptop off eBay for my garage. Generally it worked ok but I was skeptical about there being Trojan, viruses, malware, etc. Fortect has given me the peace of mind at a reasonable cost. Yes I could have done this myself but who has the time and patience. Fortect immediately captured censored and quarantined these and my Getac is running like new.

Support better than most companies I've delt with
Bought their software thinking it would do something it did not do (directly). Contacted support and immediately got a reply letting me know what their software can do BUT offered to help me with the problem even though it was not directly solved by the software. They were great in staying with me over several tries and ultimately got the problem solved. And their software worked exactly as advertised in cleaning up my system. It's well worth the price.

Terrible service
Terrible service! First they do not have any live phone contact so you cannot call them and they will not call you! I bought the system the premier version and when I went to install the license key to clean up my computer, the computer went to a blue screen and stayed there, and I could not get out of the blue screen. It’s called the blue screen of death and they would not call me or help me to fix it so my laptop is completely dead. I can’t even sign in the Outlook because it won’t allow me to go anywhere other than a constant blue screen of death! Do not purchase Vortech it is a piece of shit and no support! I’m demanding my money back. Don’t bother with this piece of shit program!

Comprehensive and easy to use
Because of the demise of Windows 10 and an old computer that wouldn’t update to Windows 11, I bought a refurbished Windows 11 desktop with 16 GB of RAM. I was disappointed with the performance and started to research my options to improve the speed. I came across the Fortect website and, after reading a very thorough and positive review, I decided to try it out. I haven’t been disappointed.
I’m an old, non-techie user. I wanted something easy to install, functional, comprehensive, and easy to use. After running the Fortect Scan, I was surprised at some of the results, like junk files and crashed programs, as I hadn’t been aware of any of these items. I asked a young techie and he assured me that many programs leave a lot of “loose ends” behind. Running the Fortect Scan fixes all of these. Plus, it automatically checks for updated drivers.
My computer is running fine now. I run the Fortect Scan at least once a week to keep it that way. I’ve just bought a refurbished laptop and plan to install Fortect on it.
