Great easy to read platform to display my test results and love that I can compare results to other people by age group. Discovered I have low kidney function so I'm grateful to be able to investigate this underlying issue with my GP as it wasn't on my radar at all. Highly recommend the investment.

Extremely quick turn around on results. Posted Friday, results available before I woke up on Sunday morning.

I received the test results within 2 working days. I was generally satisfied with the service. However, they informed me that a full blood count wasn't possible, but didn't tell me why! I provided, in full, the blood samples required. So I'm not satisfied with that aspect of their service.

Mor information needed . Not much more than NHS test. No numbers given, no indication if Hashimotos. No correspondence re current medication. .

I am very disappointed with this company. They are not customer focused. I did a test in April. I followed the instructions. It came back with incomplete results saying the blood sample was insufficient. I filled it to the 600ml line as stated. I contacted the company. I was told to pay another £10 for another kit. I reluctantly paid and I asked for confirmation on 18.04.25. There was no response so I asked for confirmation again on 22.04.25. There was a response on 23.04.25 but no kit arrived. I asked for a kit again on 12.05.25. Another was sent out. I followed the instructions clearly stating twice the day of my cycle. The results came back and the person analysing the results said he did not know the day of my cycle. I emailed on 3.6.25 to explain my disappointment that twice I have been told that I have done something wrong when I have not. I question the validity of the results. I have asked for a partial refund which I think is more than fair but guess what no response. If the company reads this please do not say I did not reach out to customer service like you do with other negative reviews because I have multiple times and I am still waiting on a response. I would urge people to use another company.

I paid over £80 for a blood test which was supposed to test 16 different markers. They send 3 finger prickers to use to bleed into a tube. I used all of them and tried for an hour to get enough blood in the tube, but I just wouldn't bleed that much. They basically just stole the money off me and said that the test failed. That's it... Awful company.

Great service. Easy to pick test you want. Fast delivery and quick results. But just like I said before, you can talk to Gp about your results. They give feedback, ask questions, but you cant answer them. So thats little bit annoying. Forth should improve on that

I would love to have given a better score but ordered 4 tests, money taken, email customer service, then sent proof then reply iwe will look into it, not heard from since; not saved an account for me to log into and not replied to emails since, really poor

The blood test and results were really useful, and the kit came with clear instructions. I was disappointed in the doctors input as I’d hoped for a more personal response however the ‘advice’ was very generic and basically said to discuss with my GP.

I am very happy with the efficient service provided by Forth. I had a number of questions before committing and the administration staff responded promptly and gave me everything I needed to decide what test was most appropriate.

Great product. I got my kit on time and found it very easy to use. My results were available the next day and were super easy to read.
