Fortress is the best for Online TAE
Fortress is the best for TAE.
I had started with another company and the support and training was just not there. For TAE you need to have things explained to you- without that its a drawn out, boring course.
I got through faster with Fortress trainers and support than I had with 12 months on the other RTO.

They were helpful and guided me through…
They were helpful and guided me through each step
I was able to make appointments and have all my questions answered
Life got in the way, so they were kind enough to extend my enrolment with no additional expense
The material was easy to read and I felt supported through out my journey and would not only recommend them, but would use them again without hesitation

Great TAE Experience
I was dreading doing my TAE upgrade, but was pleasantly surprised to have actually enjoyed my experience at Fortress Learning. Everything, from the registration process, to the ease of accessing the learning portal, doing the workshop with Brian Uren, the help desk and your efficient assessment feedback was the best I have seen. Fortress Learning RTO follows a good process to help ensure that the course selection and potential for RPL are well understood.
The team provided me with outstanding support for queries and assessing each submission was always within 4 days.
The trainers and assessors were available, consistent highly knowledgeable and approachable for advice.

TAE upgrade
I found online learning daunting at times but if I felt I needed assistance it was simply a request away and the assistance provided always guided me in the right direction.
RPL was not complicated to facilitate where it was applicable.

The learning material was simple to follow and I was able to complete in my own time. There were plenty of offers of assistance, particularly if there had been a little time lapse between submitting completed modules. When asking for support, it was always readily available.
