They deliver what they promised. I set up a forwarder with one of their default domains in no time. Their documentation is very clear, so it was no trouble to set up a webhook to my app's API. When I needed support, they responded and solved my issue right away. No complaints!

Going great so far - I am a new customer and needed a way to send a ~100 mails every month or so to a new mailing list. They were happy to oblige, then I ported a slightly larger existing list and they were happy to accommodate. Be polite, explain your needs, understand how your tooling interacts with their quotas, and they will go the extra mile - for $3/month. Forwardemail plus listmonk (on pikapods) lets me service all my mailing needs for way less than any other combination I've found. Thank you!

Setting up MX records in DNS to send and receive your domain's email reliably is an arcane and somewhat complex task involving your DNS provider, email provider, and email client. Forward Email walks you through the process with each one, telling you what records to add and delete for your DNS and what to set in your email client. It reads what it can automatically, so it can guide you precisely. Instructions include handy "click to copy" fields that make cut-and-paste a breeze. And the price for forwarding unlimited domains and aliases (does not include the cost of the domains themselves) is more than reasonable.

I gave them 4 stars rather than 5 for a few reasons. The UI, while reasonably clean, is inconsistent in how it navigates the hierarchy of account > domain > alias; sometimes showing thigs as a table, other times as buttons near the top of the page, and other times requiring that you pull down a menu. I frequently had to start over from the top to get where I wanted to go, and sometimes ended up in a setup screen even after setup was complete. Setup, while nicely explained, is also not clear for navigation. Sometimes you press a button thinking you're moving to the next step; other times you get taken to an instructions page (on a new tab), with no visual indication as to what kind of button is what. Moreover, I wish the DNS forwarding and DNS SMTP setup were all described on one page, since they both involve changing the same areas your DNS provider. Finally, for the minimal non-free plan, they give you 10GB of email inbox space, which is nice, but there is no web interface and no provision for server-side filters that sort email into subfolders. Again, the UI could stand improvement -- aliases and inboxes are handled as if they were the same thing (they aren't), making setup for both more complicated than necessary. Aliases, in particular, should be a simple two column fill-in table: alias name in the first column, forwarding address in the second. All of these negatives aside, I have no qualms recommending this service if you need reliable routing of both incoming and outgoing email.

I had a great experience with ForwardedEmail.net. I used to use Mailgun for email forwarding and sending, but I faced deliverability issues with Gmail and Outlook when using my custom domain. ForwardedEmail.net is a fantastic service that's both affordable and reliable for my needs.

I discovered an issue with email forwarding, reported it, and within a couple of hours got a response detailing the root cause, including screenshots, and details of the fix that was going in to prevent the issue recurring.

At the same time, my email forwarding started up again correctly, showing the fix had been immediately successful.

After years of dealing with email issues on servers, I just had enough. Forward Email was easy to setup and inexpensive. A year without any major issues and whenever a problem arises, they take care of it. If you are working in php or python it is soooo easy to setup forms. Highly recommend this service, especially if you feel like email is nothing but a headache.

I use Forward Email with four domains, and it’s made managing my incoming messages much easier. I can easily forward emails to my Gmail or access them through another mail client.
