I would score zero if I could

I would score zero if I could. Very disappointed with the raincover I have received. Looks nothing like the photographs, doesn’t include the features listed. Worst of all it looks like it has been screwed up in a ball and is so badly scrunched up/creased. Would absolutely not recommend at all.

We ordered a 3 in 1 buggy a couple of…

We ordered a 3 in 1 buggy a couple of years ago and have had nothing but trouble with it.
Not only did the wheels fall off on 2 occasions. On one occasion, my wife had to abandon the pram at the doctors to get a taxi home which was such an epic for me to recover the pram once I finished work.
Only recently, the actual frame has snapped at its weld, which again highlights the unsafe items being sold by this company.
Although they sent replacement wheels before, they fail to support the broken frame.
As a cop out they asked if I took out a 4 year warranty on the item, which at the time I was not aware of (even tho they say it is on their homepage, which was not offered at the time).
I would stay away from this company and be careful of the red tape after care they give you once they stole your money....dodgy company to say the least, selling dodgy, unsafe for children goods!!!

We take allegations regarding product safety very seriously. However, we would like to clarify that this item was purchased three years ago and has been used over an extended period of time. As with any pushchair, wear and tear can occur depending on usage, terrain, storage, and maintenance.

When you previously reported an issue with the wheels, we supplied replacement parts as a goodwill gesture, despite the item being outside of the standard warranty period. Regarding the frame concern, our team requested confirmation of extended warranty coverage in line with our clearly stated policy. The optional 4-year warranty has been displayed on our website and available at checkout for customers who wish to extend their coverage beyond the standard period.

We do not sell unsafe products. All of our items meet the required safety standards and undergo compliance testing before being released to market. We would never knowingly compromise on child safety.
As advised we no longer stock this travel system and do not have replacement parts available.
We stand by our products, our policies, and our commitment to safety. Thank you.

I purchased the Xplor Ultimate 6-in-1 Foldable Trike directly from For Your Little One (Order WEB#147242). The product is advertised on their website as suitable for children up to 5 years old, which was a key reason for my purchase.

However, when the product arrived, the label on the back clearly states a maximum age of 48 months (4 years), which contradicts the advertised specification.

I have contacted customer service earlier this week via email to seek clarification on this discrepancy, but unfortunately I have not received any response so far.

While the trike itself appears functional and my 28-month-old son currently fits it, the difference between the advertised age range and the product label is concerning. I would have appreciated accurate information and a prompt response from customer support.

I hope For Your Little One will address this and provide clarification.

We would like to clarify that the age guidance shown on packaging can sometimes differ from marketing descriptions due to manufacturer labelling standards in different regions. The “up to 5 years” guidance on our website reflects the maximum recommended usability based on weight capacity and product configuration, whereas the 48-month label printed on the product relates to standardised manufacturing labelling requirements.

Age suitability for trikes is always approximate, as children’s height and build vary significantly. For this reason, we advise customers to consider both the child’s measurements and the stated weight limit when assessing suitability.

That said, we understand how seeing differing age guidance could cause concern, and we apologise for any confusion this may have created. We are currently reviewing the product listing to ensure the information presented is as clear as possible.
