Excellent customer service

In most cases, once you place an order with a company, there is little need for further interaction. However, when you do need to contact customer service, the quality of that support often distinguishes a good company from a truly great one. I recently experienced a minor issue with an item I ordered for my wife and newborn baby, and I was genuinely impressed by the prompt and helpful response. Within just a few hours of reaching out, I received both an answer and a practical solution. I am very satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to order from this company again.

Be aware of returning items

Be very careful when returning an item.. they deduct a £10 fee for restocking and admin. Never known any other company do this and think it’s a bit of a rip off. Especially when they advertise ‘free and easy returns.’ It’s not really free if they are keeping £10 of the return back. Wouldn’t use them again.

Great

The basket, which was a gift for a friend's daughter looked lovely. The outstanding free delivery was so quick, I think it arrived the next day! Wonderful service.

Still waiting on order

When looking on their page it said next day delivery, that was one of the main reasons why we went with this company. The other was the basket is lovely and one we really liked the look of.
We ordered it on Friday the 31st October and as of yet we still haven't received our basket.
Our new born was in NICU and was getting out earlier than expected so we needed a basket for her getting out but as of yet still no sign of it.
We had to then go out and buy another moses basket locally. We will wait on this one arriving and see if we need it but the one we have bought locally we love.
