The service we received from Lynne and the staff of Fosters was outstanding. Lynne dealt with all the arrangements for my husbands Funeral from beginning to end in a professional and caring manner . Our family are so thankful for the care Lynne gave to Mick and the warmth she showed to all the Family . So glad we chose Fosters .

Following the sudden and unexpected passing of our lovely sister we were of course all ‘at sea’ but thankfully found the support of Angela in Foster’s Stirling office.
Angela was excellent in not only offering support and condolences but knew exactly what practical steps we needed to take.
In the circumstances Angela was more than willing to accommodate some indecision on our part and never placed us under any sort of pressure.
Foster’s is an excellent company to deal with , with professional, caring and compassionate staff. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Seamless, good communicators. Service went perfectly. Only slight criticism was the choice of flowers represented on the website - rather uninspiring however we overcame that by sending pictures of what we wanted

Dunfermline branch. Lynn couldn’t have been more understanding and caring. From the beginning to the end and beyond she was so helpful in every way. It was personalised to my needs for the passing of my husband.I would highly recommend Fosters for caring for your loved one.

I really can't thank (Angela) Fosters funeral home enough, for all the help i got from them concerning my brothers funeral. They did everything for me, from start to finish.
At this sad time, you feel so stressed and unhappy that you are thankful for all the help you can get which they thankfully did. This allowed me time to grieve for my brother instead of rushing about organising things. This company does all that for you.

Jess was wonderful, understanding and did all she could to make it as easy as possible for me and my family at such a difficult time. I feel like they went above and beyond to help

wee lassie in perth sold me my funeral plan. was in lidl a few minutes away and she let me come in straight after shopping to organise my plan. very acomodating. put up with me asking a thousand questions and answered every one. nice to not feel like im just a walking purse, lass made sure i had my wits about me so i knew what I was purchasing and checked many times to make certain i was okay to go ahead. seemed genuine caring for my wellbeing.. more than OTHER FUNERAL CARE COMPANYS do ! !,
i think they will care for me and my daughter's very well when the time comes. Will NEVER GO to a certain different local funeral company again..... thank you Fosters you have raised my opinion of undertakers..credit to wee lassie

From start to finish Fosters treated us and my Father (who had passed) with dignity and care. From the moment they came to the house to the day of the funeral, they were calm, respectful and went out of their way to help us. The day of the funeral was also run so well, from the cars to team managing the day, it all looked so smart and ran like clockwork, Christine did an amazing job. They really were our rock during a the worst period of our lives and we cannot thank them enough. Angela in particular was always there with a kind word or reassurance when needed and knew when to give us space and when we needed a cuddle. We would highly recommend their services.

I honestly can’t recommend Lynne enough, everything was so much easier with her helping us through it, she was so kind,caring and very professional nothing was too much bother, thank you so much again for making such a hard time that little bit easier with your help

So grateful to Lynne at the Dunfermline branch for all her help during a very difficult time. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went to plan and most importantly stress free. Lynne was very friendly and so helpful.

We felt that we were listened to. The representative Jess was very sensitive helpful and suggestive. She also allowed us to tailor our own particular needs for the planning of the funeral. We were grateful for the opportunity to work hand in hand together to make the day run very smoothly. She also kept us informed every step of the way including after service.

The staff at fosters were fantastic, so easy to talk, they showed amazing respect throughout the whole process of my brothers funeral arrangements, they looked after him with great care and made the day as comfortable as possible for his sons and the rest of his family and friends.

Fosters Funeral Directors went above and beyond for our family. They looked after our loved one with such great care, compassion, and dignity especially Isla who was there for us at every stage, Every request we had was met with kindness and understanding, and they supported us through every step at such a sad and difficult time. The whole team were exceptionally compassionate, kind, and professional — we truly cannot rate them highly enough. Thank you for everything you did for our family.

Angela and the team have been amazing in sorting not only my father’s funeral but my grans, both so soon together. I can’t thank them enough for all help received and would highly reccomend foresters to others friends and family

The team at Fosters were brilliant from the time Stephen and David arrived to collect Dinah, till we said our goodbyes and laid her to rest.
There's was a blip when we saw the colour of the wicker casket, and it wasn't as per the brochure. However Angela arranged for flowers to be changed and they were perfect. I must say how awesome Stephen was, he took time off from holidays to attend to Dinah, and was very comforting as he managed the service and drove our car. Thank you all.

What can I say here, this branch were absolutely outstanding 10/10

From the moment we arrived to speak and go over arrangements for our loved one who passed away so suddenly until the very end,Michelle was absolutely wonderful, real as can be, straight spoken, not one thing was a bother, any information we asked was answered within the day, treated us with the upmost respect, our loved one was treated like a queen and more.

We always are so skeptical of places but as soon as you walk in here it’s nothing but welcoming, warm, attentive, empathetic, sympathetic, professional, supportive and more.

I took to Michelle straight away, she was so nice and very kind. Advice was brilliant, her input was wonderful ,
She even helped us to make sure we had things the
right way Inc songs and when they could be played .

They completed condition checks almost every 2nd day
Kept me up to date consistently
They went above and beyond absolutely

Orders of service were absolutely stunning;
Flowers were magnificent
Set out in viewing room was beautiful she placed everything for us.
It was a very personal and professional touch she applied and this is exactly what you are looking for .

The conductor of cortège billy he was smashing and fulfilled anything i asked to be complete with 100% focus.

My Dad had chosen a prepaid direct cremation plan with Fosters, when he sadly passed a few weeks ago Fosters showed care and compassion from the moment I contacted them, the undertakers who attended at home were very professional and offered as much time as needed to say our goodbyes. We met with Karen at Cumnock a couple of days later and we felt at ease instantly she explained the process and what we should expect and showed empathy and kindness throughout from that initial appointment to collection of his ashes this week. She phoned to check in and consistently asked if we were happy with how everything was going/had went. Although I was very apprehensive about my Dads choice of a direct cremation Karen and the team at Fosters helped with clear information and support offered.

This is the second time I have used Fosters Family Funeral Director’s. Angela in the Stirling Branch provided exceptional care and compassion. From our very first meeting, Angela guided us through every step of the process with clarity, patience, and empathy.

Angela took the time to understand my wishes and helped create a service that truly honored my Mums memory. Every detail — from the preparation and viewing to the ceremony and final arrangements — was handled with dignity and respect.

What stood out the most was Angelas ability to make us feel supported. Angela was always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and make necessary adjustments.

In a moment when everything felt overwhelming, Angela made it possible for us to focus on grieving and remembering. I am deeply grateful for Angela’s service and would not hesitate to recommend Angela to anyone in need of compassionate, professional funeral care. I really couldn’t have done the full process without Angela’s support and guidance.

I was contacted by Fosters customer service lady who was not happy with my revue she clarified some points regarding payments which was ok I had said they had left my wife in the mortuary for approx 2 weeks she said it was only 10 working days apparently the weekends dont count when your in cold storage I explained that I was not allowed to see my wife when she finally got to their chapel of rest She then told me this was because her body was "LEAKING"I did not need to hear this & I regard this as being extremely callows & disrespectful
