STAY AWAY!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

The product from this website is good. I've been ordering the photobook from this website for many years.
And this year, I've bought a voucher from Ibood for ordering my next photobook.
The "Customer Service" is a Joke
Don't bother trying to contact them. I’ve been calling and emailing for what feels like an eternity, and all I get is deafening silence.

Phone: No one picks up.

Email: Sent into a black hole.

Response time: Non-existent.

How hard is it to check why a voucher isn't working? It’s a simple fix, yet they treat their "loyal" customers like garbage. It’s clear they don't care about you once they have your cash.

TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I’m done with this place. Unless you want to spend your weeks shouting into a void while they steal your money, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Update, finally I got the photo book, but the quality is really bad, It is already broken after I just open the book ONE time.

I’m really disappointed

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I purchased three Groupon vouchers — two for 30x20cm canvases and one for a 100x70cm canvas — and accidentally applied the wrong code when ordering. This meant I used my higher-value code (€22.79) for a much smaller product (€3.79 value).

I immediately contacted the company to explain the mistake, thinking it could easily be corrected since there was no financial loss to them. Instead, I received a series of dismissive responses quoting policy, and was initially offered only a €20 “goodwill” voucher — which still left me paying almost €90 extra to get the product I had already paid for.

After multiple emails explaining the situation clearly, they finally agreed to issue a new code for the correct 100x70cm canvas — but only after considerable time, effort, and frustration on my part.

While I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, the process was unnecessarily difficult and left a very poor impression. Mistakes happen, but a more flexible and customer-friendly approach from the start would have made all the difference.

Lovely photo album

Very nice photo album, love the hard cover as well! The website is easy to use and there are many options for the photo and page format you can choose from. Finally delivery was quick!

Very good quality

Very good quality. specially I like the cover and back pages which is strong enough. Single printing on each page is very good. I am happy for our anniversary gift. Shipping also quite fast and it took like 10 days together with the shipping.
