By far the best concrete sealer I have ever personally used or seen used on concrete, barr none. It's a little costlier then most others but you get what you pay for. Absolutely worth the cost.

I have used this concrete sealer twice. The application is easy and the results include a smooth and uniform appearance. I did not anticipate needing to apply a second (double) topping after only one year, but it was applied on virgin concrete. I look forward to the second application lasting longer.

First I cleaned both the concrete block walls and the concrete floor with Muriatic acid. The Muriatic acid drew out a bunch more inflorescence that I could not even see when I started cleaning. Next I neutralized the acid with an ammonia water solution. I wanted everything as clean as possible before I put the epoxy coating onto the surface. The epoxy mixed real easy. Went on great. I put two coats on quickly as per the directions. There was a little inflorescence on the block when I cleaned it. When I was done the walls and floors had a nice sheen to them. Great product. Only issue is that as with most every time I buy paint I ended up with a lot more product than I needed based on the recommendations. However, I am definitely a better to much than too little guy.

As far as Mike the customer service employee I felt he was great and tried to solve my problem but as far as the products I was very disappointed. I acquired an area in the middle of two corners of my poured basement walls that when the temperature drops in
the teens the wall sweats bad. I tried the SC-25 and it didn’t help. When I called C.S. mike sent me their SX-5000 and it also didn’t work. My biggest disappointment is I bought 5 gal. of SC-25 which is not cheap feeling my problem was going to be solved. I guess I should have known not to buy that much without trying it first.

I have use this sealer for a few years now it really holds its gloss and the staff are very well trained to answer any questions I would recommend this product to anyone wanting a gloss wet look finish.

I spoke with the technical folks and they were great. Very helpful, knowledgeable and answered my questions. I placed an order and it showed up exactly as expected. I haven't sealed my driveway yet as it got too cold, but can't wait for spring.

Easy to apply, amazing results. My concrete flatwork is compleatly water proof.

One of my clients needed a solution for their indoor dog training center. The epoxy was not holding up to the paw traffic. We applied this product as a top coat and it totally changed the space. The epoxy color was more vibrant and the floor looked wet even when dry. Application was scary at first but ended up working out great.

I LOVE THE AR 350 WATER BASED SEALER. IT BROUGHT MY FADED 10 YEAR OLD PAVERS BACK TO THEIR ORIGINAL COLOR. LOVE TO SEE THE WATER REPELL WHEN THE PAVERS ARE WET. WILL PUT A SECOND COAT ON NEXT YEAR.WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. SHIPPING WAS FAST & PRODUCT CAME WELL PACKAGED.

Just recently applied Nano Guard on my new polished garage floor, so far happy with the application and appearance of this product. Was extremely pleased with the assistance I received with the help of choosing the correct product for my floor.

First time I have used this product. So far I love it.

The mixing instructions were a little confusing, Not sure why. It could have just been me in the excitement to put it down after grinding the floor for two days. I ended up going back to a chat conversation I had with them that I saved and that chat conversation was easier to follow than the provided instructions. I bought a few Home Depot buckets and did my mixing in them and bought a paint mixer for a drill to mix my color in. I did 2000 sq ft. The grinding sucks, their is no other way to put I, no machine works as fast as you would like, I tried several, but the product goes down easy and looks fantastic. I did a large area and bought decent 18" rollers and did sections at a time with two friends helping to make it go faster. If you have to do multiple coats and you have to wait the exact amount of time they recommend, make sure you start early in the day or your second coat will have you out there way later than you would want to be. I did White and it looks awesome in my new shop.

The product went on quickly, and I completed each of 2 coats on my 33 x 15' patio in under 2 hours. What a nice improvement! Glad I decided to invest in this product. However, I find that the intense sun in S. California means a recoat is needed after 2 years to keep it looking fresh.

After searching and reviewing a number of products, I decided to give FoundationArmor a try even though it was fairly pricey on my new concrete driveway. Some of my neighbors had treated their driveways with cheaper big box store products and the results were very disappointing. I wasn't sure which product to select and the best product to clean and etch the concrete. I called customer service and they were very helpful in making some recommendations. I cleaned the the concrete and let it dry for several days before applying the FoundationArmor with an industrial pressure sprayer. I wet the surface well without applying too much. I applied a second coat as soon as I had competed the first coat. I let it cure for several days before driving on it. I couldn't be happier with the result. It came out clear and even appeared to lighten the concrete a little. It looks far better than any of the neighbors. Had it down for several months through the winter and it still looks good. Well worth spending the extra money.

I sprayed the product on a 3 year old concrete driveway over 2 months ago. Driveway still doesn't look wet when rained / snowed on, especially when compared to the sidewalks which I did not treat. We'll see how the driveway looks this spring after a Pennsylvania winter and the salt that gets carried onto the concrete by the car tires. So far I am pleased with the product and will probably treat the sidewalks this spring.

Sealed concrete pavers on lanai and outside walkway. Easy to apply with pump sprayer for two coats and pavers look great. Will use again when needed
