Matt is easy to work with and resolves our issues when needed.

We have been working with Matt for almost a year or so now. He has been a fantastic account manager to help us launch and set up our new brands and products on the Amazon platform. He is responsive and provides us with possible solutions and various resources to move things forward.

Obviously, fraud trumps incompetence any day on rare occasions they can be close- Enter FME who log hours and are so incompetent that they can't even get it to match up with the timestamps in amazon - or lack of them- class action on the way, as we have heard there are other small businesses that have been defrauded by this monster. FME guided us step-by-step through the entire process of getting us onto Amazon for the first time. From the Amazon Brand Registry process to optimizing each listing and running targeted ad campaigns FME has been easy to work with. Communication on a weekly basis has been great, and anytime we present them with an issue they are quick to find a resolution or a plan to resolution.

If you enjoy no communication, barely there performance and tons of hidden fees - then you’re at the right place. Very disappointed, scammer alert- beware!
