Buyer Beware

Bought 2 Fourfit devices in December for the kids at Christmas. Returned them within the 28 day notice period because we struggled to detach the straps to charge them. Still awaiting refund and have nothing to show for our purchase despite numerous emails to the customer services helpline.

As others have said

As others have said, this is a total joke of a device. Battery lasts about 5 hours, you shred your fingers every time you detach the wristband to charge and it has zero functionality. All the publicity is completely fabricated as this are junk. Customer service is also appalling as had to chase many times for delivery in time for Christmas. Don't waste your money and go for something reputable like Garmin. Disappointed kid and frustrated parent. Avoid.

Totally awful experience- do not buy

Totally awful experience - late to be delivered , the devices were not fit for purpose, wouldn’t hold charge and actually the kids couldn’t even detach them so they could be charged. Gutted as they were a Christmas present for my children. Been chasing a refund for weeks...trading standards next ...

Update - I have had a refund

Terrible product and terrible service

Purchased the Four Fit Mini for my son and the device never worked from the day that we got it. We had to go through a very lengthy and completely pointless fault finding exercise which didn't solve the problem. The only way to communicate with Four Fit is via email so the process lasted about 2 weeks.

Eventually they agreed with me that the product was faulty and that they would accept the product back and refund me (as long as I could get it back to them in 3 days). After reading a number of reviews about Four Fit I was very sceptical that I would ever see my money again but thankfully I did receive my refund 15 days after they had received my return.

This is a very poorly made product so please steer well clear.

SCAMMERS!!!!!

Just like all the other post (im guessing the 5 start reviews are actually FAKE!!) AVOID! Exactly the same story as everyone else, worked for one weekend then just won't charge. They must be making a mint by supplying dodgy watches for £30!!!! I have gone through Resolver, as someone has recommended in order to get my money back. BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!!! I cant believe they are allowed to actually run business!....

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!
Yet another terrible experience to add to the list. Gutted I didn’t see these reviews before I purchased a Fourfit for my son’s birthday, which worked for a day before giving up forever. It is poorly made and the instructions are vague and minimal, it doesn’t have a charge wire, you just pull off the plastic strap to access a usb plug, it is very arbitrary trying to get the strap off, it feels like you’re breaking it and it would surely break in the end after lots of times charging. Ours lost its charge after a day and then wouldn’t charge at all. “Customer support” were absolutely useless and kept telling me they were sorry we were having trouble setting it up and told me to charge it! When they finally understood, they said it was too late for a refund, after lots of arguments over email (there is no phone number, even after I asked them to give me a number to speak to someone), they eventually said to send it back within 3 days for a refund - it was 30th December, it would never get there by 2nd Jan! By that time, we had gone away on holiday so I had to deal with it when we got back - they told me it was too late even for a replacement, despite the fact that it was faulty! The last contact I had was them giving me a “goodwill gesture” to return it by 20th Jan to get a replacement - I have returned it, it was signed for on 17th - have emailed to chase twice and received NOTHING. I don’t want a replacement, I want a refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!

used resolver to get money back

We had similar experience to so many people on here.
I used Resolver and have received a refund.

They are recommend by money saving expert and free to use. I can’t post link on this site but you can find them through money saving expert.

The company started to reply to emails once sent via resolver and I have just received a refund. I’m still trying to get return postage refunded but not holding out much hope for that.

*update - also got postage refunded.

Hope this helps some of you.

I wish there was a 0 star option

I wish there was a 0 star option. It worked for all of about a week and now won't even turn on. I have had a very delayed response to my email telling me to re-boot it but that's made no difference. Fear we'll never see the £30 again. Rubbish Christmas present for my young daughter.

Good fitness watch

Bought a Fourfit fitness tracker for a Christmas present for my son. The first watch didn't charge and therefore, didn't work. I emailed Fourfit 3 times over the course of 2 weeks and sent them a message via Facebook. Eventually, got a response and a replacement watch was shipped. I have now received the replacement & it works fine. My son loves it & so far, so good.

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Ordered a watch which came later than it said, which was OK as it was nearly Xmas. Tested it when it arrived and it seemed fine so put it away. Came to pair it to my sons new phone 5 days before Christmas and nothing. Wouldn't switch on, wouldn't charge. Absolutely dead. Tried emailing and got a reply straight away telling me to try plugging it in upside down, obv didn't work. Then no reply for 3 days, so I claimed the money back from PayPal, PayPal were fantastic in sorting it out. I since bought the Honour band 5 from amazon £30 so cheaper than the fourfit and its amazing quality!!

Absolutely dreadful, AVIOD!!

Absolutely dreadful! Ordered a watch from them while ordered says dispatched within 1 day, when I got to the payment date it said 10-14 I thought yeah that's fine it's coming towards the festive period. Three and a half weeks later still no updates despite trying everything to contact them they just took my money and vanished, luckily paid via paypal so I've got my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
