Terrible quality!!! Do not buy!

Excellent product, which my daughter loves. Really great colour and a great price.

I wouldn't purchase one of these again. The fit was fine but the screen was not bright enough to use outside. It wouldn't connect to the app and step count didn't reset each day.

I ordered a kids fitness tracker for my 5 year old son prior to starting a million step challenge with diabetes uk. It arrived quickly and looked very similar to my fitbit so I was really pleased. Unfortunately, I found that it wouldn't charge and it was very stiff to pull apart to find the USB (however this would probably ease off with time). I also thought that it looked too big for my son's wrist (the notches made it fit well, but the display was too big in my opinion), so I decided that I would return it. I emailed the company as per the instructions on their website and they replied shortly after with instructions to follow in order to make the return. I missed part of the process somehow and after i had returned it and waited 10 days, I decided to email them to ask where my refund was. Not even an hour later, I had a reply and we figured out what I had missed. I gave them my postage reference and they matched it to a package in their warehouse and issued a refund immediately. I can't speak for the quality of the product or how well it worked as we never got a chance to use it, but for young children, I thought it looked great. The customer service was ideal as well.

Total crooks. I ordered 2 fitness trackers for my kids. They didn't want them so I returned them within the permitted timeframe. FourFit acknowledged receipt then I never heard from them again - no refund, no communication, nothing. Dishonest, scam, call it what you like but they swindled my children out of £80. Avoid!

I ordered a fitness tracker watch..it arrived quickly but we decided it was not suitable for my daughter's needs so emailed the company to return it. They replied quickly. I sent the item back recorded delivery and received a refund back on to my card within about 4 days. I have to say I was a little concerned when reading the negative reviews on here but I have had a very positive experience dealing with this company. Thank you

We ordered a Fourfit watch for our daughter in April 2020, which was prompt!y despatched. However, after receiving the product we found it wasn't suitable for her. I contacted the company to say I would like to return the product, and they responded immediately with a return address. After a week or so, I emailed the company to check if they had received the return. Again, they replied straight away to say there are some delays to processing returns due to lockdown and consequent staff shortages in their warehouse. Just a few days later, the refund was credited to my account. I am very pleased with the customer service and their quick and polite response to my emails, also the fact that they refunded the product well within the 45 day period, and during the lockdown.

At difficult times the company were superb with their customer service via email & after my son changed his mind about his birthday present we promptly received our refund. Thank you again for all your help, much appreciated. Take care.

Absolutely shocking company. Website shows high quality watches and fitness trackers when they are actually really cheap chinese crap. Customer service is none existent. I've sent the watches back after one arrived broken and the other already used. The app you're supposed to download basically only works if you give complete access to everything on your phone which isn't secure at all. I would avoid at all costs. Spend a little more and get a better make tracker. I've since returned both watches and yet to receive a refund 2 weeks later with no way of contacting them. Even the returns was unable to be signed for ad the address of the company couldn't be found by the courier. Con artists

Fourfit have had fake 5* reviews removed from other sites; the company reports every poor review for “breaching Trustpilot guidelines” yet does not respond to emails. The 5 star reviews here always appear within close succession of one another and a clue is that the “reviewers” have only submitted one review which indicates accounts being set up simply to promote this company which has received consistently poor reviews. I am posting to warn consumers of my experience which is the same as many others:
- Ordered product then read poor reviews
- Tried to cancel immediately; no reply to email/online chat and no phone number (websites which don’t include phone numbers or working online chat facilities as customer contact channels are less reliable according to guidelines on how to find a trustworthy online business)
- Received products 14 days later - they were faulty
- After 21 days of emailing Fourfit I got a reply with a return address
- After receipt of returned faulty goods it took Fourfit over a month to refund and only then because I raised a dispute via my bank

Beware. Very unreliable business.

The WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with! Having ordered and promptly cancelled my order due to reading the genuine terrible reviews and realising that they had a fake trustpilot score on their website, I was ignored (for the first time) and they were delivered. I sent them back immediately and that’s when they stopped responding to me. I have many, many emails they have not responded to. It is criminal they are allowed to run a business and it has taken over 3 months of hard work on my part to get a refund. I have since seen that both the BBC and The Independent have removed the review of their products but they are still referred to on fourfit’s website. I can see here that thankfully many of the fake 5* reviews have been removed. I can also see that fourfit are asking for people’s order details on here to resolve their issues. YOU DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS!! Why would people give you more details? Look at your inbox and reply to the emails people have already sent you! Publicly pretending to have some customer service skills is fooling none of us. Avoid at all costs and save your money!!

Take note everyone the 5star reviews all have 1 review which screams fake Accounts! I do not recommend anyone wastes their money on these fake substandard products. Bought 2 watches for my boys package arrived late and I paid extra for express delivery. Customers services don't reply do any messages and the watches don't work! Do not buy these!

Don’t trust the fake 5* reviews!! Have a look; the recent ones are all based in Bangladesh.... and fourfit don’t deliver to Bangladesh! They should employ another fake review company to do their reviews...somewhere they actually deliver to 😂

Don't expect a refund when you return their crap products. Website is a scam, leads you to believe it has a 5 star TRUSTPILOT rating, but it is more like a 1 star.

Update. Dispute raised with bank and money has been refunded.

As other reviews i have returned the product (which was a Christmas present for my granddaughter and didn't meet expectations for various reasons) with proof of postage which was on the 28th December but still no refund after many emails to the company. I will now follow the lead of other customers and contact my credit card company. It is a disgrace that there is no other way of contacting them other than by email. I have asked for a telephone number but no response. Beware of this company.

1 Star is being generous...

This company is a total scam and will have your money one way or another. Either through accepting a terrible product that doesn't work, or returning it back to them with the promise of a refund within 2 weeks, which will never come (it's been almost 2 months).

There is no way to contact them other than via email - They'll string you along with a couple of responses, but in the end just ignore you.

I’ve given 1 star but really this review should say 0 stars - absolutely shockingly bad product followed by appalling service trying to get a refund. No company telephone number. Thankfully my credit card company have picked up the dispute and I have been refunded by them. AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS THE PRODUCT WILL NOT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE AND IS RUBBISH.

They have taken my money I returned the watches no refund yet so annoyed
