Don’t expect to get a refund!

Ordered tracker for sons Christmas present, took months to arrive and eventually arrived the day before Christmas by which time we had gone and purchased one from Currys instead due to how close to Christmas it was. Requested return which was accept, packaged returned and heard nothing from them. Had to go through a PayPal claim to get my money back!
Tracker when we did received looks very cheap and flimsy. Not even worth 1star!

After waiting for 3 months for the delivery.its turned up ,not the one I ordered or does it look brand new or does it have the right charger. Looks like one that has Been sent back as it doesn't work.Absolute disgusted.

Good morning, it is advised delivery can taken 5-7 working days. The order was shipped on 5/12 via Royal Mail. Shipping notification and tracking was emailed to the email provided on the order. Please check your junk/spam inbox to check it has not defaulted there.

Poor service

After waiting for two weeks and hearing nothing about my order, I got in touch only to find out the watch was out of stock. I’m still waiting for it now and am disappointed that I had to chase the order to find out what was happening instead of being notified by the company.

Bad product, even worse customer service

Bought a kids watch on 24th July 2022. Wouldn't work properly or pair with app. Very poor quality and disappointing for my 8y old. Had refund request agreed and sent watch back. Received by them on 17th August. STILL NO REFUND despite numerous emails, most of which they don't even respond to.

I have been very happy with the customer service

I have been very happy with the excellent customer service I have received on my first order with them. There was a little issue that was soon rectified and I was offered an alternative to my order. Helpful and great communication. Would not hesitate in using again and recommending. Thank you xx

Exceptional service

Ordered a watch for granddaughter's birthday,but unfortunately was faulty.very impressed with the swiftness and reply. They are sending an upgraded one at no further cost.
Waiting for its arrival, but very impressed with the way that things were sorted out so quickly and no quibbling. Thankyou

Bought for my grandson's ninth birthday…

Bought for my grandson's ninth birthday a month ago. Difficult to pair to phone but this was eventually resolved via Fourfit website. After a
few days the battery would not hold its charge for more than a few hours. The battery is fully charged when he leaves for school and is dead by the time he gets home. Very disappointing. Will look at getting a different brand.

Thank you for your review. We do advise shipping can take up to 7 working days and today is the 6th working day. There was also strike action taken by Royal Mail on Friday 26 August and
Wednesday 31 August so please do allow an extra couple of days for delivery to allow for this.

I really hope the watch is better than…

I really hope the watch is better than the website! Ordered via fitness trackers, was £10 more than FourFit direct, so, returned and ordered from FourFit to save the money - payment processed by.....Fitness Trackers! The website is awful, three watches almost impossible to tell apart from kits, with descriptions not always following the specs at top, no idea which is the most up to date watch, the newest is selling for less than the older arghhhhhhh confusing!

Disappointed and Out of Pocket

We ordered a Fourfit mini watch for my 9 year old daughter as we felt she needed some incentive to get out and about. The first watch arrived but wouldn’t hold its charge. We contacted customer service who were great, and around 10 days later she was all set we a simple tracker that that worked and she loved. Shame the first one didn’t work but all quickly remedied.
Now the problems start. Based on outcome of first purchase we decided to get a watch for our son too. The watch his sister had was too big for him (he’s 7) but we spotted that Fourfit we’re also selling trackers suitable for 6 year olds. A little more expensive but it was his birthday…
First watch arrived - they’d sent the wrong one. We had to spend £5 returning this to Fourfit before they sent the correct one. Second watch arrived and was certainly not suitable for a 6 year old. The fit was more appropriate for an adult. So, now we have a disappointed son, and are £40 out of pocket - £10 returning goods due to mistakes made by Fourfit and still awaiting the original £30 refund for initial order. A shame so many mistakes are made by this company as my daughter is still happy with her watch now she has one the works.
