Owner doesn't send items…
Owner doesn't respond to email as of 6/01/2020 (update 6/11/2020.) She takes your money but doesn't send your item. Company claims to have a new owner, per BBB, but doesn't send orders or shipping info to buyers.
I've emailed four times plus tried to call - phone number.
Even though the new owner claims to be in business -website looks legitimate- and takes money, she hasn't shipped my item nor told me why it hasn't been shipped. She has my $110.00 and I have no way of finding out what's going on. I have initiated a dispute, and 19 days later, still no contact from seller. Seller hasn't contacted payment company either.
