I’m so pleased with my necklace. Arrived very quickly.
So glad that I brought it.

The assistant was very helpfull in looking up prices of several items. It did take her quite a while to find the prices of individual items while I was in no hurry,I can't help feeling it would have been quicker and more efficient if the items were priced in view on the display cabinets.

I’m posting here because I’ve had no response from management despite repeated requests. I trusted Foxhills Jewellers with my engagement ring, wedding ring, and diamond—items of immense sentimental and financial value—on 3 October, and they are still in the store’s possession.

Since then, I’ve received no quotation, broken promises, and shockingly unprofessional behaviour from a shop assistant, including comments such as:

“If I give out my manager’s mobile number, she will murder me.”“You can send an email, but there's no point as she won’t reply.”

My calls have gone unanswered (and even appeared to be blocked), and I’ve been told management will not respond to their customers which leads me to believe their do not care for their customers or their possessions. This lack of care and accountability has caused me enormous stress and anxiety.

I urgently need:
✅ Confirmation my jewellery is safe
✅ A clear return date
✅ An apology and explanation

I trusted this business because it claims to be family-run and customer-focused. Right now, my experience shows the opposite.

If Foxhills Jewellers truly values its customers, I expect a response from senior management immediately

Quick response to questions and speedy delivery

After browsing the web for many weeks I finally settled on a Pandora choker from Foxhills. I called to ask for further photos which was not a problem and they came through to me extremely quickly having clearly just been taken on a Sales Assistant wearing the item.
I’ve forgotten the name of the wonderful Sales Assistant who guided me through my purchase but it was a very pleasant experience. She was able to include a Pandora gift box and the item was despatched super quick arriving at around 11am the next day.
It’s a beautiful necklace and I hope that my daughter loves it when she receives as a birthday gift later this week.

I contacted Foxhills Jewellers as I was looking to purchase a genuine pre loved Tiffany bangle. I was not disappointed.
The service i received was second to none.

Although I have lived in Thornbury for a long time I didn’t know Foxhills existed! However last weekend my watch stopped working, so I immediately popped to Lees Mend a Shoe for a new watch battery but he was closed. I quickly ran round to Gems jewellery who were also closed! It wasn’t even 3.30pm. I did a quick google search to find the details of Foxhills, called them to see if they repaired watches. A young lady answered the phone and was so helpful and said they could help. I popped in, and the lady was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and repaired my watch for me. It was a reasonable price. Whilst I was there I couldn’t help but look at the beautiful jewellery on show! A great little shop thank you!

I had been looking online, for some time, for a Tiffany's bangle as a gift for my sister in law, when I came across Foxhills. I had a few questions regarding a particular piece that interested me, and they answered my queries instantly. Once I'd decided to make the purchase, I recieved the bangle within 2 days. I found the communication, staff and service of an extremely high standard. Would highly recommend.
