There are a few issues here, but to start with he positive, the order was placed and dispatched same day and received the next day, so really good from that point of view. The bad side is that the sizing for shorts seems all over the place, they say size 36 is a 38 waist but it is just not true, and so no doubt if you pay any attention to their size guide you will be wrong. Then the issue is it now costs £8 for delivery, which you think I might just suck up, but then you have to pay this again to return the item, so that issues caused by their inaccurate information has now cost you £16. Even worse you cannot simply request a replacement of a different size you will need to order again costing another £8 in postage. This is absolutely ridiculous. I would suggest if you want a foxracing item buy it form a decent website with free returns.

Order boots 20.12.25 never been delivered try to call many times but im was not able to reached out to them finally today 6.1.26 i got answer and been gently informed that will recive money end of the week thanks fox europ for ruining Christmas gift for my friend you are horrible company will.never used fox again

I doubt this website is even owned by Fox Racing. The website is garbage, the filters dont work, the postage costs and pricing are exactly the same as another mx website (which probably owns both).
Extremely likely to be fraudulent, avoid at all costs

34" shorts ordered but sizing appears to be smaller than stated. Maybe 36" will fit my 33" waist????
No option to exchange.

I ordered goods from foxracing at the beginning of January and the goods should have been delivered from China. Unfortunately, the goods never arrived. The tracking homepage doesn't work and the customer service didn't want to believe me.
After three months, Costomer Service also believed me that the goods had not been delivered and now I am fighting for my refund.

I will never order from this site again. The service is extremely poor and sluggish.

Never again. Paid £5 for shipping a shirt that weighed approx 0.5 kg. Had to return it as sizing on web site is garbage. And then charged £6.99 return fee. So £12 in total to try on a skin tight shirt due to poor sizing detail on their site! No more Fox MTB gear for me.

Product came quickly and otherwise good, but I guess I shouldn't buy direct from them....

Items delivered quickly and on time, however the waist button on the Ranger pants I ordered is defective (comes undone without any force). I contacted their customer service email and have been told to fix it with a safety pin or some sticky tape "until I can find a more permanent solution". No offer of refund or replacement. Absolutely appalling service. Will not be buying from them again. Money down the drain, thanks Fox!

Very Poor Customer Service
My son ordered mtb shorts from Fox as a Christmas present for me. He accidentally ordered the wrong size and it wasn't until I opened them on Christmas Day that I realised. We realised that we were outside of their normal returns period but hoped that as it was a Christmas present and lots of other companies extend their returns period at Christmas we would be able to exchange them for the right size. We would have been more than happy to pay for the postage as it was our mistake. Sadly Fox would do nothing to help us. I know I will never be ordering from this website again and will not be recommending it to anyone.

The prices on their website are significantly more than where you might find elsewhere - so much for going direct. They charge £5 for shipping on a £40 pair of gloves with no mechanism for cancelling the order, even immediately after placing! I ordered over the weekend and had to email their customer service to try and cancel but by the time they responded they told me the order was already shipping. £6.99 for a return.

This company sell premium clothes at a premium price, £35 sound is pricy for a t-shirt, plus £5 for delivery (Really!), they then want to charge £6.99 for a return, and I thing that £10.99 trying a t-shirt is an outrage - in this day and age, this is poor, at best. Added, this I would expect their returns process to work, but you can only do it electronically, and their web service reports (helpfully) that due to a technical reason, this service is not available. The best I can say, is that they could be much better, and should be!

Really good dispatch time and arrive with ups in 3 days.. would buy again

So far not been impressed, placed an order that was shipped 30/06/22. 3-5 days delivery its now the 11/07/22 and still no order. I've been on hold for an hour with no luck, emailed them twice and still no one has gotten back to me. Contacted the shipping company they don't know where it is even though they keep scanning it into the same location every day now. Pretty sure ill never get it and will have to some how try and get my money back if I can even get in touch with them. I only ordered as I had a promo code from a company I work with as week stock them.... I would even recommend their products to customers now with the rubbish service they offer.

Awful customer service. Purchased direct for the first time which was a big mistake. Helmet got stuck in customs, they couldnt even tell me why so agreed to cancel the order. Offered me a 20% discount so though I would give them another go and order another helmet with the 20% discount. Helmet arrived, cant fault the product but noticed the 20% discount then came out of my bank seperatly. I have been discussing with fox for days and then sent bank statements as proof. They then sent an email a few days later advising they need me to to send my bank statements as proof. WT actual Fudge! Aweful awful to deal with and after service is terrible. Still waiting a reply and a refund. Love fox product but will never deal with them again direct. AVOID!

I bought a set of fox ranger 3l pants. They are not waterproof.
The customer service were very helpful, they agreed with me on the issue and offered numerous options to help.

It is now so much easier using Wellingborough rather than Eindhoven for returns -hope this continues - the effort of sending a panel to Eindhoven was such a faff compared to the new Fox Racing returns set up

I love Fox Racing.
I think you guys should design Dog and cat clothes.
I would definitely buy it.
