This place is a scam! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company!
I was ensured that a dress that I ordered would me here by July 4th BEFORE I ordered my dress! Promotionspace (a DHGATE seller who has a 6th year Recommended Supplier with 6453 Transactions and 99% Positive Feedback posted on the DHGATE website...HOW THEY EARNED A SCORE OF 99% IS BEYOND ME AND SHOULD BE CONSIDERED FALSE ADVERTISEMENT) ensured me that I would receive my dress on or before the July 4th. It is presently July 13th and I still haven’t received my dress!
After placing my order, I continued to message them asking for updates. Most of my messages were ignored. The few messages that they finally did respond to, they still continued to give false promises that my dress would arrive on or before the date that I provided them PRIOR to my order.
I’m now convinced, IF I ever do receive the dress that I ordered, it probably won’t even look anything like the picture online either!
Do yourself a favor and order from a legitimate honorable company... even if you have to pay more money... it’ll be worth it! Because ordering from DHGATE will be the worst mistake you can make if you’re shopping for a special dress for your wedding, prom, homecoming or any other special event that you need a dress for!

After numerous purchases and all the time getting faulty items. I finally started to find out how I could actually get good quality items ready reviews and picking sellers with good ratings help alot.

Then out of the blue, DHGate suspend my card from making payments. to top it off they now have no other payment methods.

Reason - I had a bad rating from sellers on there. The reason I do is because I was returning bad quality items that were promised to be good and now DHGate wont give me a payment option.

How about delete bad sellers from your site. Not good buyers.

I ordered a bunch of stuff one of which did not turn up!
2 items I returned back and they have the most ridiculous return system ever you have to request the refund going back and forth with the seller and once the seller accepts the request you can then continue with the refund. customer service are rude and they just say the refund is on its way when it’s really not.
I have been close to tears with the amount of stress and time I have and still putting in to getting my hard earned money back!

So I ordered a Hoodie from DHgate and it cost me $14.00 to buy it, no shipping fee and no taxes, so alright, cool. But as soon as my package was out to arrive at my house, the status said "No Such Number" so I was confused because I put my shipping address and everything on there correctly! But I called my mail carrier to sort things out and so they told me they will deliver my package tomorrow.

So, the next day I finally got my package and to my surprise, it felt empty and I was confused, so after that; I looked at the shipping label, it had my name and address wrong! My mail carrier fixed the address number and the way they labeled my address looked so messed up! So I opened up my package and guess what is was inside? Not a damaged hoodie or a fake... but a green plastic straw... just a straw, nothing else... I was furious!

So next time, make sure if you are buying from other sites, PLEASE be sure to look at reviews and feedback! Don't make the same mistake I did! Be careful what you spent your money on!

Two separate orders with different vendors but BOTH were a SCAM!!! They send you false tracking numbers, or numbers that are addressed to someone else, and then use this as evidence that the parcel was delivered!! NO amount of trying to speak to their ridiculous customer service agents will help, and they delay until your time for a refund has run out!! DHGate are complicit in this fraud!! Vendors answer all messages until you dispute something...then they ignore you!! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD....BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Do not buy anything from this website, they allow sellers to sell fake branded stuff, like fake Adidas shoes. There is one seller called boot550, sells fake Adidas shoes, took me so mug efforts to get the refund. The seller plays games, not honest, not easy to talk to. So better not to buy anything from them. Keep away from this website all together

Bought flower stands for our wedding. They took 10 weeks to arrive, instead of the 3-4 advertised. The stands were dented, bent, and scratched beyond repair. They were also mustard colored instead of gold. After 3 weeks of arguing through 28 broken-English messages, 35 photos, and 3 videos we got half our money back. Stay far away. This site is a scam

I bought one item of clothing from this company which I can only describe as a rag . I have since just found out they have been using my card details fraudulently .please keep away from these criminals .

I have stage 4 breast cancer and have recently finished chemo and radiotherapy. I have one wig and wanted a new one for when I return to work but as I am not an expert in wig-buying I found what I thought was a good wig (from the advertised pics) from Seller ice_hair and a legit site, but it was quite the opposite. First of all, the wig I bought was over £100, second of all it was NOTHING like the picture when it arrived. Third, as a first-time customer I had NO IDEA of DH Gate’s refund procedure, i.e having a certain amount of time to open a dispute, etc. Once I got around to sending the wig back, I contacted the Seller and told them I’m not happy with their product and want a refund. They said that was fine just please don’t write a negative review and we will do that for you, no problem. They sent me their return address, I posted it, kept the postage receipt and let them know that I had sent it. This was TWO MONTHS ago. Everytime I speak with someone on their Customer Service Chat they tell me the same thing that the Seller has to state in their messages to you that they are willing to refund you ‘x’ amount, only then will your refund be authorised. But everytime I contact the Seller they say they haven’t received the wig or they don’t reply at all. I complained about this to their Customer Service and all I get told is they have to follow procedure or ‘it’s a holiday in Beijing right now, can you come back on our Chat later...’ Even when I informed them of my health condition and that I was beginning to stress over this, as silly as it sounds, and that I was going to delete my account - there was still no action!? This is beyond unacceptable. DH Gate is FAKE, FALSE and they DO NOT CARE about their customers. There is no exception route if the Seller is refusing to state that they will refund you because DH GATE CHEAT PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY. I agree with what another Reviewer has posted regarding the positive posts about DH Gate - it’s their own staff writing them, it has to be because the site is ridiculous.
Avoid like the plague.

Dhgate.com is a scam website. I believe the majority of 5 star reviews ANYWHERE on review websites are Dhgate.com them selves writing the reviews.

I was sent a defective galaxy mobile phone that does not connect to Wifi 99% of the time, LCD has amoled screen burn-in, Ear piece audio is extremely muffled apon taking a call, Phone has hacked softwear - Has root access not mentioned in description, Phone has missing NFC antenna.

I have no idea how they could send me absolute rubbish. Seller wants ME to cover return international postage and to expect a percentage of a refund - from other reviews on other review websites once they receive the item back it's a gamble if you receive any funds at all in return.

Really bad. DHGATE and SELLERS both cheating. They both promised to refund after I returned the package back and I need to pay return fee in advance. After returned, they didn’t refund to me. Everytime I contact the customer service I have to tell the whole story again and the process is back to the beginning. They can’t help anything. All they can say is you need to contact the seller. DHGATE doesn’t have BUYER PROTECTION program. They do SELLER PROTECTION! I lost 200$ and package. They cheated me!!!

Bought a Dyson hairdryer from dhgate. Tried it one time and it broke. The vendor, Skytech, agreed to a refund $252.00 and sent instructions to mail back the defective hairdryer. I mailed it back. Two months later, no refund. Skytech won’t answer inquiries on the ghgate message system. Attempts to get help from dhgate are futile. You are led in circles trying to navigate a completely unresponsive customer “assistance “ process. Don’t buy anything from this company.

Ordered an item 2 months ago it says delivered on tracking try contacting them is pointless no response

Has anyone sued DHGate for getting railed? Does anyone think this would work?

It the worst experience I ever have. I ordered one purse from Dhgate seller name qweasd998. First, he said out stack than he sent something any way to zip code next to my zip code. when I asked him where is my package, he asked me to open dispute so he can refund me. But the problem is that when I open the dispute the customer fake service talk him out of refund. The customer fake serve asked me, in the weekend ,to bring them prove from the postal office that the package delivered to wrong address. They customer fake serive give me from Friday night to Sunday night to bring the wrong address paper. They customer fake service know that the postal office work just half day in weekend. The tacking information show that the package delivered to wrong zip code, they don't care. By Monday they already close my dispute and give the seller they money. Customer fake service don't believe or the tracking information. Total scam don't by a fool like me and get rob

I have bad experience with DHGate, with a seller @lindaoqiou. She lied to be about the availability of the item, after I made payment she said it's out of stock, I told her I want to cancel but she told me she will proceed with sending it out.
Guess what I received? A thin envelope with just a small card inside. I have lodged dispute with my card company on 3rd December 2018, and according to my bank, they hv asked the merchant's bank for charge back. Still no feedback from there yet.

The DH customer service are of no help either. They kept telling me they are unable to contact the seller. That's about it.

They are only nice to you before they got your money, after that, they just don't care. Avoid buying anything from this site.

The 2nd seller promised to replace the wallet and it's otw to me, so i removed bad review for him for now.

I still have not received the replacement wallet after almost one mont. He provided tracking number but the tracking reads leaving centre all the time! His ID is @goodsell888. He stop replying to my queries on the shipment. Bad attitude

My credit card company has refunded me for the 1st purchase. Grateful❤️.

Avoid this site/sellers if you can. Their CS service sucks. It's hard to get refund. Use Credit card if you must, at least the card protects you against those scammers.

Clothes sent with huge holes x 2 and a track suit with Xxxl top and bottoms small as ordered. Seriously save your money on this utter tat. Hopefully enough bad reviews will end this company. Products are beyond awful quality. I feel robbed and sites like this should be shut down.

F*** this site! You can't call. They won't let me reset my password. Been waiting 2 months for my merchandise. They haven't responded to any of my emails. But they were quick to take my payment out and charged my card twice. I'm so annoyed. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone!!!
