Delivery with DPD isn’t convenient

Delivery with DPD is a nightmare, we should stop working to be able to get our order. They don’t adapt, it a complicated to fix an other delivery. Makes us don’t want to order again because of the delivery

HOW CAN YOU SELL AN ELECTRICAL DEVICE IN SWITZERLAND WITHOUT THE NECESSARY AC/DC COMPULSORY ACCESORY TO HAVE IT WORK.
COLLEGUES OF YOURS TELL ME THIS IS NOT AVAILABLE IN OUR COUNTREY (CH) AND THAT I SHOULD THEREFORE SEND THE PRODUCT BACK AND ASK FOR REIMBURSEMENT.
