Our expertise team analyzed your case and found that the package you received was already opened and damaged, but it was not refused at delivery. Therefore, it is impossible for us to open an investigation with the carrier or determine whether the package was damaged or tampered with during transit. As mentioned in our email, you may contact the seller directly to find a solution.

I had no problem with the delivery, but found myself with a monthly payment for I don't know what and I certainly didn't know about it! Did Rakuten sneak in something while I was enabling the payment? I had to cancel my bankcard, but unable to recuperate the sum taken from my account. REDUCPRIV. COM 7508 PARIS.???

Do not buy from this company. Amazon it ain’t. This is thé worst company for customer service I’ve ever come across. The customer comes last and the company used every avoidance tactic possible to refuse to refund me for a defective smartphone I purchased through their site. At one point I was told I had invalidated the guarantee by not using the return label provided! And despite using tracked delivery the telephone‘disappeared’ and was never received by the merchant as Rakuten had provided an incorrect returns address.
I will NEVER use this company again.
A truly disappointing and dispiriting experience
If I could give them zero stars I would
