Hi,
Fast delivery, beautifully packed, jeans fits and looks perfect .. BUT..after wearing 1 time, most of the studs fell of:/
For this price unexceptabel and makes me sad because the jeans is amazing.
However: the support team contacted me quickly after my evaluation and met me in a friendly manner to solve the problem.

I recieve a wrong producr

I recieve a wrong producr. Of course, I return it. It passed almost two mo th, they don't answer of my inquiries about when they will return me my money. There is no answer.. and of course, they didn't return me money.. nothing. Comunication very bad. Dissaponited so much.

COMPLAINT

Goods delivered to order and quickly. Unfortunately, the size did not suit :(. I repeated the return procedure about twenty times - unfortunately I did not receive the mailing labels for the mail. Now it works in limited mode until 23.08.2021 .... I have to wait, my request was not processed - communicated I, I wrote, asked that things don't work ...... without results !!!

My experience is horrible

My experience is horrible, I paid my order(a jacket and a partir of trousers) and I NEVER got my packet, I wrote to Fracomina and they didn't answer me. The telephone is out of orden and NOBODY helped me.
I'm wrtting this because I think peoole have to known this lack of profesinality.
I've lost my money and my order.
They have given the track number from DHL,but they say don't find my packet and they send me to Fracomina and Fracomina send me to DHL.
Nobody wants to refund my money o send me again the garments.
I bought it last 15th of May and today I still haven't gotten my order.
I think Fracomina should find out where is my packet or refund my money.
It's not my problem, if DHL have lost my packet.
Fracomina have or should have solved the mistake. And show me they are a serious trade mark.
Finally,after 42 days from my purchase, yesterday I got my order.
Thanks to Trustpilot who gave me the opportunity of make my problem visible, and Fracomina read it and solved my problem.
