Good experience.

Products are of good & performant quality and customer support is second-to-none: After breaking the front audio I/O ports on my case through my own fault, support promptly responded to my inquiry regarding buying a potential replacement component by sending me the necessary I/O board entirely free of charge. Greatly recommend this manufacturer for anyone looking for good repairability and customer support.

Hinge replacement success!
I made a mistake and bent both of the hinges on the front panel. I reached out to support hoping to buy replacments, they offered to send them out for free if I provided the shipping label. Awesome experience all around. I am very happy to have new hinges.

I bought a Fractal case expecting…

I bought a Fractal case expecting premium quality and support to match the brand… but the reality was disappointing.

The case itself isn’t bad, but the real issue came afterward. During a move, I lost the front and top panels—something that can realistically happen to anyone. That’s when the frustration started. I tried to get replacement parts directly from Fractal, and it was basically impossible.

Fractal didn’t offer a real solution. They don’t supply those parts individually, they don’t have accessible stock for end users, and in practice, if you lose an external panel, you’re out of luck. You’re essentially forced to buy an entirely new case over something that should be a simple replacement part.

For a brand that positions itself as premium, this is unacceptable. The after-sales support in this area is extremely lacking, and it completely undermines the overall product experience.

Conclusion: nice design, but poor support. A case shouldn’t become useless just because a panel is missing. Fractal really needs to improve this.

I have been a loyal Fractal Design customer for years; I currently own two of their PC cases, and they have been flawless. However, my first interaction with their customer support regarding the **Scape Headphones** has been an absolute nightmare.

The Issue:
The fabric on one of my earpads came loose. I reached out to support over a month ago, and while they acknowledged the issue, the experience has been a repetitive cycle of frustration.

The Timeline of "No ETA":
* Week 1: "We’ll deal with this, but no ETA on parts."
* Week 2: Followed up. Same response: No ETA.
* Week 3: Followed up again. Still no ETA.
* Month 1: Same generic "No ETA" response, and now the other earpad has broken.

The Frustration:
I am now a month and a week into this process with a broken headset and zero progress. What makes it worse is seeing users on Reddit receiving the "new/improved" version of the headbands and earpads much faster than this. Being told there is simply "no restock" while others are getting handled feels like being brushed off.

Bottom Line:
It is incredibly disappointing that a company capable of making world-class PC cases handles their peripheral support this poorly. I expected the same premium experience I get from their hardware, but instead, I’ve been left in the dark with a failing product and a "wait indefinitely" attitude.

I’m beyond furious at this point. Fractal, you need to do better for your long-term supporters.

With such a friendly and helpful…

With such a friendly and helpful support team im not sure how they stay in business.

My front IO on my case broke and despite buying my case from a vendor they sent a replacement IO at no cost. Even though it was past warranty.

10/10 company would recommend.

Dongle replacement

Orderd the new Fractal Scape headset but after a week of using it the headset frequently lost connection with the dongle. Fractal sended me without any hesitation a new dongle which works great, fast delivery as well and good communication throughout the proces.

Outstanding Service by Daniel @ Fracture

I recently had an issue with my Fractal Design Refine chair that I purchased in February 2025. The gas lift had started failing, one armrest had become loose, and the fabric on the seat was wearing more than expected.

Unfortunately the retailer I bought the chair from, Ebuyer, refused to assist because the company entered administration and the business was later acquired. This left me without any help through the retailer.

I contacted Fractal Design directly and their support was outstanding. Daniel from the support team responded very quickly and arranged replacement parts straight away. They sent a new seat, right armrest, and gas lift, along with clear instructions on how to install everything.

It’s rare to see this level of customer service. Huge thanks to Daniel and the Fractal Design team for resolving the issue so quickly and professionally.

If you’re considering one of their chairs or products, it’s reassuring to know the company stands behind what they make.

Quality cases and amazing customer service

Fractal makes quality products. The design philosophy makes them a breeze to build in, cable manage or reconfigure, the inclusion of fan controllers is great. I have a main gaming PC and a NAS both in Fractal cases, and the ability to turn the Define case's front part of the tray into a server rack was a godsend. Their customer support has been top notch. I bought a Define case second hand and was missing the PSU bracket. I emailed them to purchase it, and they sent it free of charge, no fuss. They're my first choice for any new builds I do and I have recommended them highly to any friends looking for advice on what to build

Great customer service! Thank you :)

Great customer service! I contacted Fractal and received a response within the first 24 hours. After providing them detail about what happened and what I needed, they approved my request and sent me out a replacement panel for my Fractal Ridge free of charge. It was sent with tracking and arrived safe and well. Excellent customer service so I’ll be staying a loyal customer to Fractal Design going into the future.

For anyone interested, I did a mod on my Fractal Ridge and drilled some holes out before realising that I didn’t need to drill the holes out to fit the fans that I wanted to fit. This was completely my fault and no fault of the design of the Fractal Ridge case. Despite this being completely my fault and me advising their customer service of what I had done, they still approved my request and replaced the panel for me. Can’t beat that sort of customer service. Thanks again guys!

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, including support even after the warranty period. Although my PC case was long out of warranty, after contacting support I was able to get a replacement part completely free of charge. Highly recommended. Great products and exemplary support.

Fractal define nano s front panel replacement


I had a broken piece on the front panel of my PC case and received a very fast response from the support representative. I had to provide the case details, serial number, and send a few pictures of the broken part. The replacement was sent to me within 2–3 days and arrived brand new, with good packaging. I think the support is top-notch.

I bought pre-used fractal define R6…

I bought pre-used fractal define R6 case but there was no hdd rubber grommets included so I contacted fractal from their website. I gave serial number of my case and my info and they sent me pag of rubber grommets for free. I was very pleased.

Customer Support Good Standard

This company makes some of the best pc cases I've ever used for the custom PC builds I've done (6+ under my belt)

I've bought 3 main types, the Meshify C, Meshify C Mini and another type I can't remember the details of but essentially, large medium and small versions of the same series.

Over the years some parts have needed to be replaced for various reasons and each time I've gone to source them I've not been able to find a parts vendor.

When I've reached out to Fractal, I've asked to buy them and each time they've been sent to me without charge.

Now they're not exactly expensive parts even with shipping and time to send them, but the company doesn't have to help me, the fact they do and the fact the reps are so quick at it really makes a world of difference to me.

As far as I'm concerned, with such good customer service, and with their attitude of support to customers being so positive, I'm going to keep buying my cases from Fractal for as long as I keep building custom machines (so probably another 20 years).

I've already convinced a couple techie friends to get their cases from FD and I'd fully recommend them to anyone.

Fractal Design going above and beyond

In a time where it is getting hard to get tech companies to honor their own warranties, what we have is a company that transcends all.

My Define R6 case had an issue with the power button which after 9 years of daily use did not come as a great shock. What did shock me was Fractal's support staff who once notified of the issue jumped straight to it. The case is over 9 years old. Had they asked for money I would have been only too happy to cross their palms with silver. However they asked for nothing beyond my postal address to send a replacement part.

I feel the least I can do for them is write them a suitably rewarding review. I know who will be supplying my next pc case!!

Excellent spares support

I bought a used Fractal Design PC case which is really nicely made, solid and easy to work in. It was missing the accessory pack with anti-vibration grommets for the drives, nowhere sells them but Fractal support posted me one completely free of charge - a refreshing commitment to helping reuse components, and an indicator that their products are built to last.
