In my opinion, the best server provider. The big plus is that the servers are also available in Finland. Absolutely important and when no one else offers such good game servers in Finland. Customer service fast and friendly / reliable. I recommend.
Fragnet servers are the best option.
You get what you pay for.

Fragnet is one of top best web and game servers providers 2nd to none. I have used Fragnet for all my server needs since early 2014. Fast and friendly customer support and service interruptions are very rare and gets fixed quickly if they do occur.

The servers I had set up were great and I never had any issues with them. The customer service was also awesome and resolved my tickets with in 24 hours. Usually with in the first few hours of submitting the tickets. I accidentally forgot to cancel payment on a server and when I asked if I'd be able to get a refund for the period that I cancelled the server they rectified the issue literally with 45 seconds of the ticket being submitted.

10/10 for quick and effective customer service

As an Australian/NewZealand Gaming community, who has been renting servers for well over a decade now, we have used all the providers on the market. Hands down Fragnet is the BEST, it is absolutely worth all 5 stars. 1/ Servers work from day 1 exactly as advertised, never any issues at all when other providers in the region are laggy and problematic. 2/ The UI is the best I have seen from any of the providers, very clean, easy to use. You can see they have spent real money putting together a very intuitive professional UI. Look at Gameservers.com for example, trash, clearly hasn't been updated since 1998. (NEVER go with gameservers.com btw, ever.) 3/ Their CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS THE BEST YOU WILL FIND. I mean it, if you have a problem, the techs are quick to respond, friendly, and professional. I wont go into full details of everything they have done for us, but I will say that they have gone over and beyond what they reasonably have to, what any other provider would, to keep the customer happy. You get the sense that customer satisfaction GENUINELY matters to Fragnet. - I can not recommend these guys enough. I would not put our communities name to ANY other server provider than Fragnet. Literally the only constructive feedback I have, is it would be nice if there was the ability to show AUD, instead of Euro or USD when paying invoices, its really not that big of a deal, its just a trip to google sometimes to work out the conversion, but the rates are still competitive given the quality of the service. That is literally the only thing I can be critical of. Its a minor minor issue. Other than that, A1, top tier, first rate provider who deserves peoples business. Keep up the great work.

Once you go fragnet, you never go back. +5 years and counting! 10/10 best support you can get! Fast response, fast solid solutions when your server is in trouble. Problems with a plugin? they got your back.

I had fallen behind and forgot to cancel my services and instead of making me pay for a service that was not in use they worked with me to be able to start gaming again once I got back ahead.

I'll be using Fragnet for all my servers now!

Thanks to your good support and skilled and knowledgeable staff, even people like me who are not so experienced in server operation can have the chance to run a successful server.

I was new to operating a BF4 server. I usually ryn FiveM GTA V servers. Any and all Tickets I opened were answered promptly and all issues resolved very fast. When I was having problems installing a few Plugins... they actually installed them for me. That is customer service above and beyond in my eyes.

If you are considering Fragnet for any type server... just stop worrying and DO IT!!! As a picky consumer, I can put your worries at ease - fantastic Company!!!
