Worst experience ever dealing with this store very unprofessional customer service the sale rep manger davita was very aggressive and rude because she sold me a cologne was basically empty when I open the package basically cursing curse worlds at me I would never step foot back in this store

I tend to prefer browsing on my own rather than be escorted by a salesperson, so I was a little wary when we were greeted so quickly. But in the end we had a great experience thanks to the salesperson. He was enthusiastic and helpful in navigating the walls of scents, and in the end helped us find a couple of options we might never have considered, but that we ended up really liking! Helpful staff, great service. Thanks!

My husband and I bought two mens colognes. One was a known brand and one was not a well known but the sales woman encouraged us to try it. My husband tried the it ONCE (ONE spray) at home and the fragrance did not last at all! We went on vacation (my husband did not take it) and returned home TWO days past the 30 days to return it. We asked for a store credit to buy a better known brand and MANNY the store manager (over the Phn with the sales girl) WOULD NOT GRANT THE CREDIT TO BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT AT THE STORE! THE BOX WAS INTACT AND SPRAYED ONLY ONCE!
BEWARE WHAT YOU BUY! THEY ARE NOT FLEXIBLE IN ANY WAY!
WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN! MANY MERCHANTS ARE FLEXIBLE TO KEEP CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND TO BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. NOT HERE!!

Fantastic collection & fast shipping!

Seth was AMAZING! We told him the baseline scent for the fragrance and we had picked 2 in about 15 minutes. It has been difficult to find what stays on for the day, but he hit is dead on! Way to go. He was a delight to work with!

Miss ateng Mar Tabayan was very helpful and alert alive enthusiastic when she helped me choose the best of the best fragrance for the girls and boys and gays. Her store location is at Waikele premium outlet in Honolulu Hawaii. I believe she deserve the highest position in the store and replace the current manager. Thank you and mabuhay.

I had a great experience. My sales rep was very friendly and helpful and informative on my fragrance purchase. I bought more then I intended but it was well worth the effort.

I did not request this Elizabeth Arden deodorant but that was just a miscommunication to the sales girls.
I did not realize deodorant was available when I ask for the scent spray. Which was not available nor was a second men’s Cool Water deodorant that I stopped at the store for originally. All in all it was good, thank you.
