Shopped here many times and have spent a lot of money on cologne, not only for myself but for my family. My last visit was not the best. I’m usually greeted right when I step foot in the door, this time I was not. After walking around looking for the cologne I was looking for I was helped by an employee who usually is the same one that helps us out. The interactions came across that she was annoyed by our presence in the store. Yes my kids asked her to smell a few colognes, but I would have purchased what ever cologne they wanted. I felt pushed out of the store. Normally I’m asked if I would like to take advantage of the promotions that usually are going on. Not this time…..it’s unfortunate that I will have to find another store. Customer service is huge not every now and then, but every time. We would drive a hour just to shop here.

The girl behind the counter was amazing and she helped 3 people at once and was pleasant the entire time and efficient, very knowledgeable and could relate to mens scents!

Maricela did an excellent job showing me all sorts of scents. She narrowed the selection down to a few fragrances. In the end I was able to select the right bottle for me.

If my order didn't qualify for express shipping then that option shouldn't been available. Basically they stealing your money because they going state shipping fees are non refundable and they not responsible after the carrier get the order. Don't shop with them. If I paid for 2 days shipping to get my order I expect just that.

Staff is very friendly, cologne is expensive you can get it cheaper on Amazon by a lot but they will let you sample the smell and are very kind and patient. If you can’t get it on Amazon I would definitely recommend
