I went in to return perfumes that were recommended to me I explained to the lady I did not like the way that they smelled on me and I would like to return them. She replied letting me know that they don't return stuff if I had read the bottom of the receipt then I would know that which was very rude on her part and she happened to be the manager of the shop. She offered me a perfume and exchange for the two perfumes I had bought but I was very limited to what I could have and then she made me pay the extra money I thought it was going to be an even exchange. Don't go ahead unless you want to be ripped off

Always has a great sale, usually buy one get one half price. They are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

My husband and I had a great experience here. They were so friendly and helpful and were nice enough to allow us to try samples of whatever fragrance we had interest in. I wish I could’ve remembered all of their names. They were ALL so nice. We were supposed to come back Sunday but got side tracked with family. Will definitely be back when we’re in Biloxi/Gulfport.

Walked in with my partner and she gave a rough description of what fragrance she wanted and without hesitation the assistant behind the counter gave us a few samples and nailed it right on the spot with what my partner was looking for.

Sales representative was very friendly& patient while sampling smells.

The warm welcome from the ladies working there and Ms. Brianna's assistance with my kids and I. She was very patient. Didn't press and paid attention to details given about fragrances.

Going in was a great experience the store was clean. There was a very handsome young man in front of me with a big smile. His name is Calvin. He was very patient with me as I didn’t know what I wanted. Showed me a variety of colognes and helped me pick out the right one. Also gave me great discounts and showed me what my best options would be I’m giving him five stars. I would give him more if there were more stars! strongly recommend
