Great customer relations
My sample arrived carefully packaged. I found it quite difficult to operate the spray , having to use both hands. This is probably normal for such a tiny spray and not wanting anything to leak.
Once on my skin it did not smell like the perfume my friend sprayed on me and I fell in love with.
The company were very responsive and showed me their tracking system, but still refunded me.

Avoiding expensive mistakes
It is a really good way to try before you buy a product with a hefty price tag. My skin can alter a fragrance dramatically so having a sample, which is large enough to try a couple of time is safer.
