I ordered 3 swimsuits for $154.00 and never received 1. I have tried contacting them many times and no response. Thieves.

I can not believe I am reading all these reviews of unfulfiled orders!!! Dejavu!! I brought one 2 years ago, through website said it was sent but never received.. I emailed many times.. they said they were going to check and get back to me. nothing! I purchased another thinking maybe it was a mistake. Once again did not receive nor ship out!!! i did not know a company would scam like this in the US!! They have to go to jail and get sued for this!!!

Ordered shorts over a month ago, but never received anything. I've emailed several times, but they never respond. Seems that I'm not the only one, lesson learned! Do not trust this company! It's a scam!

Worst company ever.Ordered my swimming shorts from them and I actually got them but they were not good size.So I contact them and asked to change for a size bigger.They told me they don't do that but if I order another one they will give me a 50% discount on those.So I did ordered another one and that is the point where my problem begins.
I never got new swimming shorts and they just ignore my emails.
It is more than a year that I didn't get what I ordered and pay for.

These people keep changing web page with similar name and same content, just to steal money. Is there any authority to put them behind doors... I ordered 3 items 156$ in January 2019... tried everything, together with bbb of Canada but no luck... asked for refund, nothing.. I just realized they changed everything from frank anthony swimwear to frank anthony shorts... wow... wow... no more fb and Instagram and email for first one... this is pure crime.

I placed an order in August 2019. I opted for expedited delivery. Not only have I never received my goods, but the company have never replied to any of my emails. Total scam.

This company deserves 0 stars. They have no intention of fulfilling orders and will not reply to emails. Before my order was processed and I never received it (May 2019) so I decided to check the integrity of company online and found they have been scamming since their kickstarter days. So once the 8 business days to ship, which is also ridiculous, I emailed every couple of days asking for an update and then gave a few days and emailed then regularly. Please note that my institution and probably most require that the transaction be reported with in 60 days. Be prepared to provide documentation that you have tried to contact the company. I also asked my institution to check the company reviews on the BBB website. There are dozens, maybe hundreds of this company ripping off people. Eventually they will get theirs I'm sure.

As per everyone else here: this company is a scam. Ordered twice (yes that one is on me). Never delivered. No response to multiple contacts via their online form, and no other way to contact them. Clearly this is their modus operandi. Seems they sometimes respond here, but if they don't I suppose next step is to report them to police and trading standards for fraud (not going to be hard for them to gain evidence from multiple sources). That won't get our money back, though. What a cynical way to make a living.

This is a scam, rip-off company. I ordered a swimsuit on September 22, 2019, and after a month have not received anything, including a response to six emails I have sent. Their website needs to be taken down so they don't rip-off more consumers.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Like almost every other review I've now seen. I ordered swim shorts in april of 2019. It's not oct 2019 and 6 emails later I ha e had 0 response from them.

They took my money and never shipped the product. I sent multiple emails to Customer Service which they never responded to either
