They took my money and never shipped the product. I sent multiple emails to Customer Service which they never responded to either, so I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

This is a scam. I never recieved my shorts.

This company is a scam. Ordered a pair in July, received a confirmation, card was charged. Item was never shipped. Company never responded to emails, Facebook messages or refund requests.

Don't waste time or money.

This company deserves 0 stars. They have no intention of fulfilling orders and will not reply to emails. Before my order was due to ship I just happened to check the integrity of company online and found they have been scamming since their kickstarter days. So once the 8 business days to ship, which is also ridiculous, I emailed every couple of days asking for an update and then gave a few days and emailed that I would be contacting my financial institution if the order wasn't shipped by the end of the week. Of course it wasn't so I reported it to my financial institution as a fraudulent transaction and they refunded the cost of the order. Please note that my institution and probably most require that the transaction be reported with in 60 days. Be prepared to provide documentation that you have tried to contact the company. I also asked my institution to check the company reviews on the BBB website. There are dozens, maybe hundreds of this company ripping off people. Eventually they will get theirs I'm sure.

Scam. Product not delivered.

I do not recommend this company, at all, avoid it. I ordered their stuff, I got charged, but never got the item. They didn't respond to any of my emails, just sending tons of spam to order. Don't buy from them.

Please provide me with your support line as I couldn't find it anywhere. Otherways, I did try to order the same item two times - got charged two times - and no product and no answer to any of my emails. The two order numbers are #2570 and #3634.

Same here. Ordered twice (stupid me). Never received the products. No reply to my emails.

Exactly the same here; ordered, paid (via Paypal), nothing after confirmation, despite several e mails to them. Have opened dispute through PayPal.(They have mot responded yet-6th August).

Ordered and paid 6 weeks ago, never received the shipment nor a reply to my e-mails. Had to request refund from my credit card company which luckily worked. Stay away from this company! Product sounded too good to be true anyway.

Attractive product (apparently) and the website is impressively slick, but after two months no sign of my purchases and no response from customer support. Fortunately I was able to reclaim my money via PayPal.

Just the same like all the others. Order placed, paid by credit card, confirmation received, but then, nothing happend any more. Wrote to customer service. Nothing happend. Wrote to customer service again. Still no answer. And no delivery eversince.

Update: FrankAnthony replied here, on this website. But I still did not get the swimming gear. They have my adress and my money. So they should either send me money or product. They had plenty of time and I wrote to the 'customer service' twice and never got an answer... Trying to reclaim my money via Mastercard now!

Update2: Frank Anthony reported my use of language to Trustpilot. So that's why I try to use nice words now. But you guys are funny. Instead of just delivering what I paid for, you feel offended by my post. Guess how I feel about you taking my money and not sending the products!

Update3: Opened a case with my Credit Card Company. Although it was annoying work, I just hate the idea that I paid money for nothing but promises, so far!

Ordered a pair of swim shorts 9 weeks ago. Order status says not sent yet. Emailed their customer service 12 times, no response. Written to their Facebook page no response. Had to open a case with PayPal to get a refund.

never received swim trunks after waiting more than 2 months. no response from several attempted emails sent. Had to cancel order on credit card. do not buy from this company. They do not deliver after checking on line apparently I was not the only one that had this experience. No customer service at all. so beware.

Absolutely aweful. I ordered two swimsuits for over $100 from Frank Anthony. Although it all seemed good at first with prompt email confirmations, tracking information, and a claim it would send out my order soon, nothing happened after that. I emailed them a month after I made my order and several times in the 2 months after that (including through their webpage) and never received a response.

4 months after my order I have had no contact, none of my order has arrived, and I have had to go through my bank to get a refund. This does not seem an uncommon experience with Frank Anthony. Avoid this shop and buy from anywhere else.

Update: turns out Frank Anthony does have a comms department, as they requested my review was taken down from Trust Pilot. If only they redirected some of that effort into fulfilling more orders. Really truely aweful service.

Do not deliver. Paid months ago and no communication or answer to emails. Never delivered. Avoid giving this company money as you will not get any goods.

Avoid at all costs - ordered 2 pairs with express delivery. Nothing received 6 weeks later and no reply to the customer services emails sent. Had to open a paypal dispute ticket to get my money returned and no response ever received from the company.

Here's the thing, both pants I ordered had the Chinese pricing tag of 169.00 rmb still on them. That's around 25 bucks, so you are paying around twice what they are actually worth.
I'm going to try to send these back, but I'm pessimistic about my chances of a refund. An experience best avoided, in my opinion.

Order two pairs of swim shorts, paid for an express delivery, received a order confirmation email but absolutely nothing since, they have not replied to any email, luckily I paid with Paypal so been able to open a dispute, but this company lacks the decency to reply, and still have no idea if I will receive my order

This company is a scam, as every review you see of their products explains. Don't be fooled and waste your money. I wasted my money and got a pair of shorts, not swim trunks, that are no more resistant to the wet than polyester. In fact I placed his shorts and a pair of polyester shorts into my hot tub. Both dried within the same time frame.
