Great experience! Really friendly and professional! Can warmly recommend Zak and Lee!

Booked months ago to move us from UK to Spain collection 28th May. Recieved a phone call from them today (19th May) to say part of the shared load had cancelled and its not financially viable for them to deliver our goods on the agreed date. They will deliver as soon as possible but no set date. When pressed for a date they said beginning to mid July! Not sure what we are meant to sleep on etc until then! No empathy on the phone as to how stressed this news left us although they did say they would still collect and store our goods for free. And after asking if they still expected us to pay full price they offered to deduct £100. We have no idea what we are going to do and they just really wanted to refund our deposit to get rid of me. Moving abroad is stressful enough without this worry on top of everything. AVOID THIS COMPANY unless you have a back up plan

Issac and Jamie were brilliant, didn't stop. They also boxed what l hadn't been able to and was careful with the fragile things. l would give them 10 out of 10. Aiden and Keiron came to help with the unloading at the new address which helped a lot as we had a lot of boxes and they had to use the stairs, as the lift was narrow.

If you’re embarking on the task of moving abroad I definitely recommend you get Franklins on the task.

Efficient and brilliant service from Isac and Kieran, we’ve used Franklins on several occasions and can’t fault their services.

We used Franklins to move our house contents from France to England. Bev and Emma were really helpful they organised all the paper work, and gave good advice when we contacted them for help. Lee and Michael collected our belongings and Kieran and Aiden delivered them to us a few days later. Perfect, all the items were returned nice and clean and no damage to anything. All the lads were very friendly and professional moving our belongings quickly without fuss. This is the second time we have used Franklins and we would definitely use them again if the need arose. Thank you for a trouble free move.

Absolutely fantastic experience start to finish. It's such a stress relocating from one country to another but Franklins were unbelievably helpful throughout the process. Big thanks to Bev for organising and then Issac and Jamie for all the help underloading. Super good on price too. Would definitely recommend!

Jamie G and Isaac picked up my belongings swiftly and carefully. Lee and Daz met me at the delivery point and cheerfully unloaded everything super quick and carefully again. They helped review everything arrived and of course it had.Their price was one of the affordable quotes and definitely worth it for the service and delivery.

Franklin removals managed my move from Germany to London and from London back to Germany. Both experiences were great, especially the guys on site were always super friendly, solution orientated - the last two being Zak & Leigh, thank you :) on top of the service on site, the communication and process with back office, especially Bev, was super straight forward and reliable. The price is good as well, my furniture was taken care of very well; so overall: great experience for a fair price. Would definitely recommend.

We used Franklins Removals Ltd to move our furniture from UK to France. The staff are excellent, the administration support excellent and helped us every step of the way. The team who collected our furniture in the UK we excellent, helpful and made the experience very good.

Our only problem was on the delivery end as our furniture was delivered between 10 - 11.30 pm. This was far from ideal. We do not find a delivery after 8pm to be very acceptable. We recommend to Franklins that deliveries are done within normal working hours. The result of this late delivery is that there was limited lighting to guide the transfer of goods into our home in France and so things were not set out in a particularly ordered way.

This is a very good international delivery firm and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. But our advice from our experiences is to make sure you agree a suitable delivery time when exporting furniture overseas. Something to be aware of when moving furniture to mainland Europe is that transit through borders can lead to delays and be disruptive to timings and schedules. So plan ahead as far as you can.

Having already reviewed the collection team, I am equally impressed with the delivery team. Paul and Dad arrived after a long journey, smiling and full of humour. Not the easiest access, but as I was about to walk to the end of the road to guide them in, they appeared. Bang on the time that they had advised 5 hours earlier. Backed to the gate and had our furniture quickly unloaded. Once again, could not fault a thing.
