I used Franklins 2 years ago when moving to Germany and it was a no brainer to use them again when moving back to the UK. Bev is super nice and helpful with all the admin and stuff, and very understanding when running into problems and delays. Zak and Karl were sound, super efficient and dead friendly, was great to have them here in to pick up everything it really gives you peace of mind having a team like them doing the move for you

Zak and Karl were fantastic, had the apartment cleared at rapid pace and were very flexible with the disassembly of some of the trickier pieces of furniture to move. I’d 100% go with Franklin’s again in future.

From the first enquiry to the end of the move, I couldn’t rate Franklin’s Removals any higher! They were amazing! I mainly communicated with the company through numerous emails to Bev, these were responded to very quickly and professionally. On the move day, Jamie F and Isaac worked their socks off! They worked very well as a team, worked efficiently and with care to load then unload 2 vans of furniture and belongings. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again for any future moves. Thank you so much! 👏🏻

From the moment I made contact with them they were incredibly helpful, diligent and professional.

I don't live in the UK anymore, but needed my things transported to Europe. Their entire service was exemplary. I include in that the delivery service they helped bring all the furniture inside with a smile and good old charm.

I will be using them again in the future and would urge others to do the same!

Excelent office (Bev) and collection (Lee and Zake) crews, great organisation and very smooth collection, storage and delivery process. Franklins's team is always very nice and helpful.
I used the service in 2024 (UK -> Germany, with storage) and now again (2026 - Germany -> UK, with storage) and so far could not be happier. I trust that the storage and subsequent delivery this second time will also be smooth, as before.

I had a fantastic experience with Franklins Removals. Lee and Zack were absolute legends from start to finish. They were incredibly professional, worked extremely hard, and kept a smile on their faces the whole time, which really took the stress out of the move.

A great experience. Bev in the office was great at taking my numerous anxious phone calls! Karl, Cameron and Paddy were fantastic helping us with my mum’s downsize. They arrived on time and worked solidly and cheerfully until we were settled. Listened carefully to where everything was needed and were really helpful and sensitive to needs.

Kieran, Aidan and Lewis (plus Bev behind the scenes) made moving house so much easier. On time, relaxed, professional, polite, thank you for making a stressful transition so much smoother.

Paul and Isaac found our remote island home with zero drama, navigated a gravel track and hairpin bend with complete ease and couldn't have been more helpful.

After quotes from big faceless companies to Facebook man-and-van solutions it was such a relief to find Franklins, totally professional and reliable with old fashioned personal customer service with real humans, fairly priced and totally worth it.

Franklins carried out the removal of our furniture from France to the UK. Although Bev in the office was always decent to deal with, our experience as a whole was appalling. The removals team at the UK end were mostly surly and rude. The standard of service delivery was awful and numerous items were smashed, scratched and damaged. I do not believe that any care was taken and the loading had obviously been conducted without any thought, heavy chair placed on top of an antique table etc. After discovering all of the broken items we contacted Franklins and were directed to their insurance agent who said that as we had not taken out the enhanced cover the amount claimable was minimal. So despite the damage being entirely Franklins fault no responcibility will be taken by them. There are a number of companies in this field, I would avoid this one.
