2 orders-great shopping experience
My experience is based on 2 orders.
I don’t usually leave recommendations based on just one order but make at least two or more orders.
Conclusion-
great prices, low shipping costs and a large, huge selection of products. The store is for recommendation.

Sehr geehrter Herr Dzemila,

Return goods from ex Germany not free house
The goods I ordered arrived promptly. As they do not fit me I want to send them back. There was no return label added to my parcel. It took several calls and a mail before I got it. But I have to pay the cost of the return of the goods. Even my offer to send the goods back from Germany would mean I have to pay the delivery cost. I find this not right, German customers can send their goods back with no cost!

Dear Mrs. Barton,
we are very sorry and want to apologize to you. As the shipping costs outside Germany are different to the costs within Germany, we can´t offer fright free returns.
We inform our customers as they order. There they can see our export terms.

Beautiful products... but need to optimise delivery abroad
Lately, I ordered a jacket just under 100 euro, so I needed to add a small add-on item to be able to order the jacket. They delivered the small add-on item (with 9,95 euro postage to NL) but refused to send me the jacket (while it was still available on their webshop). Apparently, the jacket was not in the warehouse but in one of the stores (how would you know that as the customer?). Finally, I was left with a small add-on item that I didn’t need (+ 9,95 delivery costs). Frankonia let me know that they are working to solve this problem. They also offered a complementary delivery for my next order.

Dear customer,
we are very sorry, we couldn´t proceed your order completely. Therefore we want to apologize to you. There are some articles that are not in stock in our main stock location. In order to send articles outside of Germany they have to be sent through our main stock. If some of our shops have the articles, they can´t send them outside of Germany. We are sorry, this is not mentioned as you order on our homepage. You can be sure, we will work on this in order to satisfy our customers. If you have any further questions feel free to contact us.

Not happy at all
Not happy at all. Returning my blouses I really had to search, discovering I had to pay , living in Holland. So buying blouses for 150 euro I had to pay 2 x 10 euro. Trying to call customer service, the number was not available. So I called the office and the man did not speak English.
Right now, after 3 weeks still no money back.

Medium-quality support in English, website stock status faulty.
The customer service operatives don't speak English. However, they did find someone who did that could ring me and inform me of the status of my order so I changed this originally one star review to 4 stars. Unfortunately, also they don't reply to emails (in German or English) so I'm revising this review to Poor.

Dear Mr. Olzewski,
we are sorry we could not answer you right a way und you couldn´t speak to someone in English. We do have staff that speaks foreign languages. But you are right, not everybody in our customer service does.
Your order was placed 4 days ago. Yesterday three articles left our stock. They should be delivered to you during the next week, depending on the delivery company.
One article is not in stock at the moment. At the moment we are checking if we can get it back in stock again and how long this will take us. We will come back to you in this topic.

Dear customer,
we are sorry we couldn´t deliver the article you ordered. We want to apologize for the trouble we caused. The amount was not taken off your credit card. As you gave us the order we reservated the amount. We will not charge your credit card though. During the next four weeks the reservation will automatically be deleted. We would be pleased to execute a new order from you.
