Poor quality, over priced!
Ive not had time a few months and there is a hole in them already. The dye is a nightmare aswell, no matter how much I wash it stains my finger nails

I just have received the 2 pairs of leather pants i have ordered, so my review here will reflect my first impressions.

First the pants have been shipped and arrived quite fast within only few days which is good.

Secondly i am impressed by the quality and feeling of the material/surface. I bought it for my partner and what i can see is i am looking for her to wear them as i will be impatient to see her undress it.
These leather pants are perfect to provide sexy look without being too exuberant.

If can mention something that can be improved is that there are different websites depending countries. Some of the model may be available in some country and not available in your which may be sometimes frustrating if we want to buy a batch of different models. For example there is a latex version in Germany which is not available in France, and the german website does’nt allow order and shipment to France which is nowadays very supprising. Si Freddy if you extend your supply to these models and propose discount for quantity/group buy then i will repeat order.

After browsing the Freddy UK website, I received a text message from someone named Sophie claiming she noticed my activity on the site. I never provided my phone number or consented to be contacted, which is extremely concerning.

I have requested that my data be deleted and asked how my information was obtained, as this may breach the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Customers should be able to browse a website without unsolicited contact. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the brand.

It was okay until they randomly started spamming my phone number 2 years after I purchased pants. I tried to unsubscribe and the link fails every time. I block them, I try all the tricks to get them to leave me alone, but they still just spam you. I officially hate them

Disappointed with purchase because
a) size 8 sizing is not true
b) refunds are not offered, only gift cards, for reduced items
c) a £7 handling fee to return the item is deducted from the gift card value
Will not be using again and would not recommend if you are unsure of sizing

Own several pairs of their leather pants. Followed washing instructions on the tag and my 3 light colored pairs got blue streaks on them with washing. Contacted the company and they refused to compensate me. Garbage product and garbage customer service.

I bought an outfit on sale, it was my first purchase with Freddy , so I didn’t know how the sizes would fit: just perfect.
It was so nice that then I purchased the same outfit in 3 more colors. The delivery was super fast, so my evaluation is completely positive.

They arnt worth the money when I’ve tried to get into I a sale to get a better deal could not even load website but in all honesty like the look of them but not worth the money. If your lucky you will get 5 wears MAX before you get holes in cr0tch region. I have about 6pairs from faux leather to the “denim” which actually isn’t denim but more like Jeggings. They have ALL done this. Every single pair has holes in despite following washing instructions

Terrible Customer Service.
I reported faulty products, and while they initially acknowledged the issue and promised a replacement, they then asked me to return the item at my own expense — which goes against consumer law.

I politely pointed this out in an email, followed up again, and still have had zero response. Ridiculous as an expensive and supposedly top-end brand which "cares" about their customers.

I’ve tried to resolve this privately and patiently, but at this point, it’s unacceptable. I’ve filed a complaint with the CCPC and hope this review prompts a response from the company.

perfect fit , as suggested by the size chart, great quality still after so many whashing, superfast delivery, excellent packaging, clean and sustainable. clothes well folded

I’ve owned several pairs of Freddys over the years and the same thing always ends up happening - the middle seam (can’t say cr0tcH apparently) gets a hole or I scratch my leg and it gets a hole. It seems these aren’t built to last at all, or the quality is just not there. For jeans that are so extremely expensive to not last more than 12 months is disappointing. I don’t think I’ll be repurchasing anymore - I can get better quality jeans that last literally anywhere else.

Hidden in the depth of my closet i found these which i bought a while back. I decided to try them again and OMG i now realize why the were hidden. The mid rise is actually super low. The gel waist band does nothing, the waist band has no shape or structure they constantly fall down which is uncomfortable and awkward. When pulling them up for the 100th time they then got a hole so really bad quality. They have now put the price up dramatically from when I purchased. waste of money and not worth it.

I love the choise of jeans but I think that the clothing line is becoming too sporty. Eveningwear, which used to be part of the collection, is now completely missing

Disgusting service! I wanted an exchange as the item doesn’t fit.The item is still bagged and brand new because it’s just outside the 14 day to return I can’t do anything so I’m stuck with an item that doesn’t fit.Tried complaining and it’s just a standard email that gets sent back..no interest In helping!

The Freddy jeans shorts are not according to their size chart on the website, they are extremely small and very bad quality for that price. I usually buy a small in the long Freddy jeans and a large in the shorts didn’t fit. I measured the shorts according the size chart which proved sizing was way off. I have been back and forth for weeks with their customer service trying to get a refund for these shorts which is according to my statutory rights in this circumstance. Freddy jeans UK have not taken any accountability and have made this process extremely frustrating and difficult. Still no resolution and sitting with pants I cannot exchange! Very disappointing for the price you pay!

The black parachute pants are amazing, love to style them in so many ways, both for everyday use and for raves or nights out.

Exceedingly poor quality jeans.
The fit is nothing like I expected and for the cost, they are abysmal.
I will stay with higher quality jeans from now on.
Also the blurb stated Buy 1 get 1 Free... Only 1 pair was received (although both would have been returned)
Cost of returning them £5.00!
My advice is to shop elsewhere.
