Worst AI site on the internet, takes thousands of of credits then says it can’t make the video and no refund. 13000 credits left gone on one video and nothing produced. Non existent customer service, what a crock of stuff

I would not recommend this app. The video quality is poor, and the app has constant glitches and technical issues that cause you to lose credits. Customer service is basically nonexistent — just an email address that no one seems to respond to.

Another major issue is that you do not clearly know how many credits a video will cost until after you try to create it. Even then, credits seem to disappear unexpectedly. In my experience, the app took credits before the video was even completed and then asked me to recharge more credits to continue.

Overall, the platform feels very misleading and unreliable. Between the low-quality results, glitches, lost credits, and unresponsive support, it honestly feels like a scam. Definitely not worth the money.

The AI does not process any of your prompts or images that you give it. It just burn through your credits by generating garbage over and over again. It is a scam.
Customer service is none existent. They don’t want to help the customer…..solution waste more money by buying credits that get wasted on useless scenes and videos.

Don't loose your time, i tried so many times to upload a song, not working at all, they want you to use their own music, their own prompt... It's not for creators....

If I could give 0 stars, I would do it. No consistency when creating videos, high token consumption and no possibility to use any videos, no customer support, no responsive, I tried to cancel my subscription, but the page was not friendly for that process, so I was charged again. I'm trying to get a refund, but their email is useless. Worst AI tool for videos

If there was a zero stars category I would pick it. Bought a one year subscription to try it out and learn AI. After one month and five days, it just tanked and locked me out right while creating a video. When I followed their prompt to log back in, it created a whole new account as if I didn't exist and removed almost 10,000 "credits" that I was using out of 19K total for the month. When I did use it, the AI was very limited in capability. Some things looked sophisticated while others were way off or cheesy. Lipsync was not even close and just looked ridiculous. I thought I'd be patient as they work out the bugs, but this is a ripoff. They are more like a beta test product that went live and can't deliver. Perhaps if you are a child wanting to make cheesy, short, graphics videos for fun it might work. If they cut you off like they did me, though, it is still a huge waste of time and money.

I tried freebeat to turn a song into a full music video. The setup process was promising and the interface walks you through music analysis, scene planning, and shot planning step by step. That's where the positives end for me.
The shot planning step failed repeatedly and needed multiple retries to get through. Once I reached video generation, the tool produced 59 of 60 clips but a different clip failed on every single attempt, which points to a system problem on their end rather than anything in my prompts. The workflow then hard-locked: it would not merge or export my video without all 60 clips, and the only option it gave me was "retry." I retried more than 20 times and never once got a clean run. There was no way to skip the failed clip, no way to export the clips that did generate, and no way to move forward.
On top of the merge problem, the clips that did generate were not good quality. So even if the merge had completed, I wouldn't have had a video worth using.
The result: credits spent, no usable output, and no exit from the loop. For a paid tool that markets itself as a complete music video pipeline, getting stuck with nothing to show for it is a serious problem. I've requested a refund.
If they fix the merge lock and let users export partial results, it might be worth another look. As it stands, I can't recommend it.

I would give Freebeat.ai 5 stars, cuz the work I've done on there has been amazing, but 1 video of mine hit some kinda glitch, it was quoted at 2,000 - 3,000 credits, and I had 6,100 credits, or something like that. This video drained all my credits, and I bought a booster pack of 5,000 and it took a bunch of those as well, only to tell me that it couldn't generate the video because it was now saying I needed 45K credits, which is basically 200 bucks give or take. The AI assistant knew something was off, but it couldn't do anything to help me, and it gave me the customer support email. I wrote several emails and didn't get a single reply. It's now been about 2 weeks since this happened and they still haven't done me right yet, so therefore I'm here to tell y'all, that their customer service is non existent, don't buy bigger subscriptions, cuz if this happens, you'll lose money like I did. If they can do right by me and reach back out to me, I would appreciate it, but as of right now, this is unacceptable and bad business! I'll be taking my money elsewhere in the meantime

terrriiiibbbllleee service, takes credits, gives you nothing, and then leaves you searching the website for what youve made, ive spent thousands of credits, to only get two music videos that were such poor quality, glitchy, no character consistency and dont even get me started on reaching customer service, theyll either just completely ignore you, or just send you the same ''we'll get back to you shortly'' response ive gotten5 times when trying to email about my issues, dont waste your money.

AI ONLY RESPONSES! No corrections or credits returned. I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE THE LAST WEEK OF MARCH TO get watermarks, which I paid credits to remove,with no removal of watermarks, blank shots, etc. Freebeat also lost an important project that I did not delete. as well as not giving back credits for their mistakes.I tried to delete my account Freebeat would not close it. they are still charging my after three months of my telling Freebeat close my account and give me a refund for all the false charges!

I have a Pro 1 year subscription with absolutely no support.
constant errors problems and content created that does not even match your descriptions.
with absolutely no support whatsoever. i have created multiple tickets with no response to date 40 days with 9 tickets created with no replay on any of them. I have even tried to look everywhere to contact them directly with nothing available. they say they will respond between 12 and 24 hours BS, still no reply they rob you from all your money and credits constantly. i have all the PROOF of this if anyone needs it. BE WARNED STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Worked fine for a day then nothing but errors and randomly eating credits for a week with the admin on discord being rude and abusive while trying to ask when there will be a fix!

Totally disappointed, had almost 500 points, and couldn't finish a 15 sec video.

Absolute garbage company! I started with over 4000 credits with an intent to test their tools. Everything was fine until it generated 60 video clips of pretty much the same scene with some alterations. I asked if it could remake these scenes. It went on its own and deleted the 60 clips and demanded more credits to regenerate the clips. Give me my 60 clips back you rogue AI sky net! When I told it that it made an error, it kept telling me that I was short on credits.

I used the platform once and discontinued due to bad graphics. But they continue to charge my card. I reached out to support for a refund, but I received no response. They blocked me from using the account, so I could not deactivate my card from the platform. I had to call my bank to terminate the card. Even after that, they are still trying to charge a deactivated card. Everyone should stay away from freebeat,ai

Tried my first prompt and it took hours to deliver a rubbish whatever they call, but that was not a video! They're taking money every week from my account and I need to cancel my card in order to make this nonsense stop.

I wanted to cancel my subscription, but the "Cancel subscription" button was hidden in the billing panel. I emailed support, but they didn't reply. (Except for the initial autoresponder email, which says that they will get back to you.) This made me really upset, and for that reason I give them only 1 star. I didn't want to get charged again, so I changed my card details to a card that had no money on it. After I did that, the "Cancel subscription" button magically appeared in the billing panel. (On the far right side.) So, if you are unable to cancel your subscription, try changing your card details; the button might magically appear for you too. That the button was hidden in the first place, and that support doesn't reply to emails, is extremely unprofessional. Their video services are ok, sometimes, but only like 20% of the time. It takes a lot of time, and the results are just ok. If it wasn't for the problems with cancelling the subscription, they would have gotten 3 stars.

I accidentally purchased a Freebeat plan and before the next renewal happened, I already emailed their support because the subscription was not getting cancelled manually from my side. Despite informing them in advance, the payment still got auto deducted.

Their refund policy mentioned unused credits, and my credits were completely unused at that time. For almost 15 days I sent emails daily, but not even a single proper reply came from their side. Then I raised my issue on Discord, and instead of helping me, they blocked me from the server.

Finally I gave up on the refund because nobody was responding. I decided to use the credits instead, but then the songs and video generation started getting stuck midway. My expensive plan credits got consumed, and not even one proper song was completed successfully.

I have proof of every email, every payment, and every issue. I use many AI tools regularly and most companies provide good support and professional responses, but my experience here was extremely disappointing.

Please be careful before purchasing expensive plans from them, especially if you expect proper customer support when something goes wrong.

Gave them 40$ & their site would not take my original music file .wav though they say they do. Contact phone auto hang up, support email no response. SCAM FROM BEGINNING TO END

Don't Bother!! Poor customer service. I have the monthly plan but all of my previously paid videos have now disappeared. The last video I paid 6400 credits for it to completely disappear!
Chat line is a AI bot who is a waste of time.
I have asked for a complete refund, let's see how long they take to respond.
