I Use ChatGPT to generate directions outlining exactly what I want, still freebeat.ai overrides and creates poor quality clips that have little reference to the instruction. Not only that but says it will create a video for XXX amount of credits but consistently takes more, costing more money than originally quoted.

Whatever you do don’t bother with this company. It is impossible to cancel a subscription. I’ve had two payments come out that I’ve tried to stop. The screen freezes and does not take you anywhere. I’ve basically paid £40 for nothing and just loads of stress.

I used this tool extensively and they stole my money and didn't produce a single piece of usable video. Oh, and they very craftily don't have a "cancel subscription" button. Their entire business model is literally intended to grift people out of their money.

Additionally, take a look at their Google adds... They show a 5-Star rating from Trust Pilot! LOL

That's beyond a white lie, that's FRAUD.

Taking advantage of starving artists... These guys need sued.

Appalling company and product, the Ai takes credits as it goes along and then fails at end every retry was taking credits, it then went back to story board and took more credits, failing again then it ran out of credit without producing anything, very difficult to contact support no phone no chat strange for an IT firm, trying to cancel my subscription is made difficult with nothing on the main site a second portal only had my card details. Don't use this firm

I have experienced multiple issues whenever processing anything, bugs, problems with output (or no output at all), too chaotic for me. I guess the app is not ready to deliver results that I expected (yet). I was disappointed with the output. Worth the try, but for me its a no for now.

MV and lipsync worked perfectly for a couple of months. Now it's a disaster. Just wastes time and money. I don't know what happened. I am disappointed 😔

I paid for 7 weeks. My account was broken for 5 of them.

The platform showed my plan as 'Free' the entire time — no access to credits, no Pro features, no way to cancel. Meanwhile they kept charging my card every week.

Support took 3 days to respond. Their 'solution': bonus credits on an account I couldn't use. When I asked for a refund and cancellation, they sent me instructions to click a button that doesn't exist because of their own bug.

When I pushed back, they cancelled my subscription (after 5 weeks) but refused to address the refund.

Then they banned me from their Discord server. I had not posted anything offensive. I simply asked for my money back.

Thousands of credits I paid for, locked in a broken account. Zero refund. And a ban for daring to complain.

I have the full billing history, screenshots, and support transcript documented.

Proceed with caution. If your account breaks, you will keep getting charged and support will gaslight you until you give up.

So far i want to give an honest review and break it down. Here is what you need to understand. As far as getting the videos 100% you won't and redoing them over and over again will waist massive amounts of time and credits. While messing up the flow at the end. So you must understand that you will be changing things in editing. An issue i'm seeing is that you need to understand AI more than 10 prompt imputs. The AI the model is trying to be a cinematographer, VFX supervisor, and editor all at once, which is exactly how you get flicker, ignored instructions, or “muddy” visuals. You need to figure out a GLOBAL DIRECTIVE BLOCK that you can put in to limit the AI so it isn't over taxing itself.
AI is new to most people and one reason I give it only 3 stars is because I feel the development team on this knows that people will not know how to prompt right. They will redo over and over and use up credits. I feel that is pretty poor business practice.
Also be aware that anything you ask the AI during the process they will take credits from you even though nothing changed. Yet the AI itself says that is not the Practice of the company. Another Slezzy behavior. Finally Getting hold of an actual human is next to impossible. This company had no game plan for keeping what could be an amazing tool running. they wanted to make the product. They have no one to handle their customers. And they should be ashamed of themselves for not taking care of that right now, because it will be why they fail.
All in all if you know what you are doing, have access to other AI tools, the images and video you get from this are a very good value. You just have to put alot of extra time and work into it. So that is about as good a review as i can give.. The Bad is BAD. like real bad. But the good is Also good if you know what you are doing.

On May 4, 2026, I tried to generate ONE song using 2050 credits. The system deducted the points from my account but the song was NEVER completed – zero result, zero output.

I contacted support immediately. Here is their "response":

"Thanks for contacting us. Our team will get back to you as soon as we can."

That was on May 4. Since then – COMPLETE SILENCE. No follow-up. No refund. No song. Nothing. They just took my money and disappeared.

This is not a technical glitch. This is fraud. They charge for services they don't deliver and ignore paying customers. I want my 2050 credits back or a full refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Absolute scam of a site. You invest $$$ and more importantly hours and hours of your life going through the creation of an image, narrative, storyline, picture mock-ups, waiting (a lot of waiting) for it to just freeze and be unable to progress the project. Got that point multiple times. You leave it for half and hour or more, you refresh the page, you try the frustration of interacting with the AI tool (every time you want to change just one picture it regenerates everything and charges you 700 more credits to boot thanks very much). And if you think there's someone at the other end of the support email (or chatbot) think again, after reporting problems and waiting for 5 days, still not a peep back. They're probably hoping I'll be a sucker and top up for just another 8,000 credit pack to generate a video... Look I'm no techie. I've created a song and I wanted to generated a near-4 minute video clip to accompany it, giving it prompts / guidance for the video imagery/narrative. But if you're looking for a modern AI tool to acheive that, this is not the tool, not by a long shot, it's just the road to a heart attack and a computer flying out the window in frustration. I'm off to give LTX studio a whirl, although to be honest I'm at the point where I think there's is a lot of over-hype of AI's abilities (and quite frankly it's a long way from being able to run the world if this is the best in class!)

DO NOT USE THIS AI SERVICE. There is no way to cancel your membership on the website and their customer service does not respond if you ask them to cancel your membership. SCAM.

The videos are fun and I get something I can really work with, but your credit system is a mess!!! I paid for the Pro version, 10k of credit, for each video I made I had to pay double because it would fail at the end and had to re-do everything from start because it wouldn't succeeds on the re-tries!!!

I feel like you're losing so many customers, I'd happily have paid more and more credits as I was really having fun, but the fact that I get them taken off with no results feels like a scam to me!!!

AVOID - I was excited to start creating so signed up, the AI fails multiple times, I tried on 3 separate ocassions to create a video and all three times it failed at the video stage. In trying to fix the failure it continued to take my credits and then eventually took all of my credits with absolutely nothing to show for it.

Very disappointed, customer service is also non-existent.

Spend your money elsewhere.

Tried to make a 2 1/2 minute music video but it was total chaos, it couldn't even keep the singer the same in each scene, it was not lipsynced at all, and it was like entering 50 separate prompts for different scenes with the AI not remembering anything between the prompts. Absolutely useless.

They tell you its free for a 15 second video. Make you waste 15-30 minutes while they supposedly create your video. Then tell you at the end that you don't have enough credits...for the "free" video they promised. SCAM

Program's problems run deep. Some examples:
- frequent, unexplained halts during the workflow
- the program ignores prompts, regenerating images with no changes, and still consumes credits
- failures during image and video-clip generation
- no successful final merges despite three tries
- Download buttons don't work
- glitchy or incomplete playbacks of clips
- system claims a video is complete but can't find it

Customer Service issues:
- zero responses to several support@ emails
- "waiting for a teammate" during AI support chats and no one comes, even after days of waiting
- no response to submitted conversation problem report forms
- no refund of lost credits promised in an online notification

I believe that people using freebeat only in the simplest, most automatic way can be satisfied.

It tells you approximately how many credits a certain video duration will cost, but “approximately” is a very big stretch. In reality, it usually costs between 60% and 100% more. It starts burning credits on analysis and other background processes, and by the time you’re ready to generate the video, it costs more than what you have left—so guess what? You’re pushed to buy more.

Very bad experience. I’m not paying a single dollar for this anymore—it feels like gambling.

Total TRASH rip off you never get your money worth . Always needing extra credits even with the membership for videos that don't even load up half the time. Save your money stay away from this app

First of all there is no refund policy by company neither full nor partial. This was my first time using this product and it generated promising images but I was horrified to see the video it generated for my song and 2 characters I selected. There was no option even to edit anything on video. Have wrote to get refund for at-lease the balance credit customer support says that also is not possible. Customer support is very late back. They boast host of AI models none of them deliver result. When I want to get the bills, it asks me to enter email again while I am logged in already in the website; after I enter email, it says if If email@gmailcom is active with freebeat, you'll receive a link. The link will be active for 30 minutes. I never receive the link so I am even not able to get the bill for the money I paid. Never try this product.

This service is completely unacceptable. The problems are overwhelming:

Lip-sync is constantly wrong and out of time;
Male and female voices are confused and swapped repeatedly;
All instruments are frequently out of sync with the music;
Songs often don’t finish or cannot be downloaded;
Credits are unfairly deducted even when the software admits its errors;
Customer support is nonexistent, disappearing whenever issues arise.
These practices are blatantly unfair and potentially fraudulent. I am preparing a letter to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) to highlight the severity of these violations.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this service: the company demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism, honesty, and transparency.
