Its bad. The images you upload to use in video clip are a waste of time as it creates totally different faces. Its pricey and its crap! The videos take ages to create and connection disconnects a lot during the process

I honestly regret paying for this.

The video generation was a complete disaster. I selected storytelling, yet your system made the characters sing, which is the opposite of what I requested. I provided clear, detailed instructions, and the AI still produced random short animations that did not fit the song, the story, or the direction I asked for. The entire video was a failure.

Some clips may be usable, but most of it was terrible. On top of that, the system keeps freezing or getting stuck between tasks, making an already bad experience even worse.

I am literally using ChatGPT to help refine my prompts, so lack of detail is not the issue here. The issue is that I am paying for generation attempts and getting awful results back. That is unacceptable.

This product did not deliver what was promised. It wasted my credits, my time, and my money. Very disappointing.

I’m a bit disappointed. After purchasing the Pro Monthly Plan, I waited over three hours for the credits included with the plan to be added to my account, but unfortunately that never happened.

I also tried several ways to contact customer support, however it seems nearly impossible unless you reach out by email.

Because of this experience, I have decided to request a full refund. It gives me the impression that if I need support in the future, I may not be able to receive timely assistance.

P.S. Their AI customer service feels no different than being left on hold over the phone.

THE COMPANY HAS INPUT WOKE IDEOLOGIES INTO THE AI COMPUTER AT STANFORD WHERE AI WAS CREATED BY BRUCE CHEN. IT MORPHS MEN INTO WOMEN, PUTS GAYS AND LESBIANS INTO YOUR VIDEOS. PUTS METAL COLLARS ON THE WOMEN IN YOUR VIDEOS NECKS WITH DRIPPING LIQUID, ETC... VERY UNCOOL AND WEIRD. WOKE IDEOLOGY HAS BEEN PROGRAMMED INTO THE AI COMPUTER.

Complete scam. AI will purposely make mistakes to burn credits and even if you ask it to fix it, it will not and then you burn more credits...it is a 100% scam.

I've used Freebeat.Ai for a month and it promises much but the final output is just completely random.

You specify the scenes and get a screenshot. Then when you make the video it inserts all sorts of random rubbish in, nothing that you've asked for.

The customer service is awful and will not refund anything or add extra credits back. They say in the FAQs - "AI-generated content may be unstable, random, or inconsistent, and results are not guaranteed. Refunds are not provided solely due to dissatisfaction with generated results.". Well that dissatisfaction is from watermarks left in that they won't remove and unstable and random gives them a get out clause for just about everything.

Don't bother yet folks. The technology isn't ready yet.

I am posting this warning based on my experience with freebeat.ai. This platform delivers functionally defective products and uses a rigid refund policy to avoid accountability, making it a significant financial risk for customers.

Zero Accountability, Zero Refunds

Despite documenting the clear, objective flaws in the video, freebeat.ai refused a refund. They hid behind their Terms of Service, stating that credit packs are non-refundable and that a refund is denied if the session technically "generated successfully". They take your money for a defective product and refuse to provide any recourse.43

Conclusion: Avoid this platform at all costs.

I bought in. I've been on the site for 4 days, I've spent $63 dollars. I thought I would of gotten a lot more for my money. Issue #1: Anytime you try to make a change in the concept(not the story board) there go credits. #2: You explicitly give it direction and it doesn't change the scene. #3: The timing of the music is ALWAYS off. Making the composition of the visuals not match up to the Song. You can try and manually input every issue you have in timing and hope you get a good product. I underdestand this could be the Tech being so New (AI itself), but then, if we are beta testing your product then don't charge us for the changes(Maybe Just the Finished Product).#5: Not to mention, the generation that does not complete. (YOU STILL PAY IN CREDITS) This has happened to me as well. #6 Frustration with the UI or Lack there of. All you get is buttons that are inactive. The "STOP" button means nothing. #7 Everytime you hit "RETRY" more credits. I'm literally paying for you to finish the job you started. I will save myself the frustration of Paying for Something I'm not happy with and go Back to Grok and Capcut for making my own visuals, At least I can see what and how it is going. #8 Soooooo many morphing characters. I just want a guy singing at the piano, with some nice shots of the song visuals in the back ground. #9 generates Way too many Scenes even when you ask it for "ONLY" 18-25 for a 3min song. 59 scenes is absurd. You get charged if you change/ask for it to be deleted/removed. My last video I just sent it as they put it, cause I wouldn't have enough credits to finish it and would have had to buy another booster pack $8. So Sorry, Even for the videos, That I did get, there are issues and I smh. I see the issues, but maybe others won't. I would say just let all these engines cook. try them again in 5 years. Maybe then, it will get it right.

I agree with alot of response from the other review. I gave it a BS answer and it took 15 credit away from me and each response I lose credit until you try to subit the full video. The other issue the report is auto generated if you don't turn off the feature. I tried to give a few chance but I dont think it worth paying for and I was trying to create a music video.

This is an absolutely horrifying app.
As an unpaid customer, i have my own music track, fed in, and repeated this twice, the system JAM and couldnt produce. Thus i have no way to see how this app works.

Granted, claude and gemini recommended me. so i proceeded to PAY for this. subscribe it.
And finally, i can generate the VIDEO with my music. However when i paid for standard subscription, the CREDIT of 3000, can only generate a video that is not more than 3.5MINS. in other words if you have a video that is longer, say 5 mins, you probably need to upgrade to a PRO level at 24.99USD a month.

So I am still EAGER to try right and then i created a music that is about 1min, so my credits can generate.
THE VIDEO has strange dog colors, and i put in the prompt to change that, as it tries to CHANGE< which it failed, it continues to deduct my credit, again and again.

Okay then i tried to create another SIMILAR video, this time i try to check the scenes while it generate. Then strange animals were added to my VIDEO. and i cant get the prompt to work on it.

OKAY FINE. back to my first video wi the strange dog color, when i want to EXTRACT IT, it is A VIDEO WITHOUT SOUND AND NOT STITCHED together, they are SEGMENTED videos.

WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING TIME WASTING EXPERIENCE.

Avoid at all cost! Signed up for 1 month to try. Very poor video generation and took up all my credits just for one, 2'30" minute video. When going to cancel to avoid re-occurring subscription you can't. You can not access the billing area to cancel. Sent an email and surprise surprise, no response. If you want to cancel, go to link support, who is their billing provider and have them block the transaction. Oh and by the way, one day after signing up I started getting fraudulent charges on my credit card, coincidence, possibly but verry suspicious.

The product is good but their customer care is not. At this time their chat function is not working, nor is their Stripe (payment) affiliation.

You cannot cancel your membership unless you go to your CC.

I can not unsubscribe! No one is answering to the support chat and so on...

I joined Freebeat's affiliate program and it seems like they've scammed partners like me. I carefully read their partner policy. After I promoted their products and got paying customers, I emailed them but received no satisfactory response, and they suspended my account. So if you're thinking about becoming their partner, think twice. I feel like I've been scammed.

I would give it a zero if I could. These people are very unprofessional. They request that you purchase a subscription to have enough credits to complete and AI generated video and while it's generating its system gets stuck and it'll start over as if it forgot what it was doing and suck up all your paid credits then it tells you you don't have enough credits to purchase some more and even with proof, meaning screenshots of all of the conversation between you and the AI and the prompts that it started generating but kept forgetting to generate they still will not refund you your money even if all you want to do is complete the video that you paid for. Companies like these need to stop before they suck everybody dry and get rich and bail out.

Do not bother with this site if you want a storytelling video. It cannot maintain any continuity across clips and scenes. The model is absolutely useless and really the storytelling option should be removed until such time Freebeat are able to maintain continuity. Otherwise, the results are unusable.

This is a great idea but i have wasted a yearly subscription.. It does what it wants to and you reach out to support they will say it created successfully so not their problem

I paid $24.99 for a Pro subscription, but the service is completely broken. My video generation failed and then got stuck for over 4 hours with absolutely zero results. When I contacted support for a refund because the platform was non-functional, they ignored my issue completely and just sent an automated bot reply on how to cancel auto-renew. They take your money, provide no working service, and refuse to refund. This is a scam. I am warning others and filing a chargeback with my bank immediately. Avoid freebeat.ai at all costs.
